Somebody else's son,somebody else's daughter dead and for what? People went to a nightclub to go dancing and enjoy themselves and didn't come home. What will it take for the U.S government to radically reform their gun laws and amend the constitution? How many people have to die needlessly before something changes? How has the NRA been allowed to attain so much power and influence? My heart hangs heavy for those men and women who lost their lives,and I send my thoughts and prayers to their families and friends. Hopefully this cowardly act will inspire the change and reform that is so desperately needed.

If this is true,I hope she comes to Liverpool. I would show my ass in Harrods window for a ticket!!
-
Chelle how many shows have you been to? Must have cost a fortune!!
-
Oh Barney!!!! Come and save me!! I've got an hour left of my shift. Playing my Rebel Heart album whilst I'm doing my paperwork. I'm there in spirit. Chelle you look gorgeous in your pic. Have fun everyone!

Oh Barney I'm in work!! Covering maternity leave!! Boss couldn't get any cover for me to go. She's given me Christmas off as I think she's feeling a bit guilty. Gutted I can't be there. I hope all you guys who are going tonight have an amazing time.

Amazing song. I've said it before and I'll say it again. She should've released this as a single.
-
THIS IS WHY I LOVE & RESPECT THIS WOMAN!!! She's never been afraid to speak from the heart and speaks out,putting her ass on the line instead of giving inane platitudes on Twitter. Her speech was heartfelt and moving,makes me proud to be a fan.

That's the attitude to have!! Don't let these terrorists stop you from living your lives!!! Go to the show and have the best time. But take a moment to remember those who were murdered in Paris last night.
-
I think she HAS to do the shows as planned. One thing about Madonna,she NEVER backs down in the face of something as evil as what has just taken place on the streets of Paris. If I were her,I would take ALL the money raised from both ticket sales and merchandise,and donate it to a victim fund, for help for the victims and their families.
As she herself said "Music, makes the people come together". We must ALL show the scum that perpetrated this attrocity,that the everyday man and woman on the street will NOT be cowered by acts of terrorism. There is after all,strength in numbers. Rant over!! Xx

Beautiful song. I would've released this as the first single.

I can only think of a maybe half dozen artists who've managed to craft a body of work like Madonna's,so many of her singles are bone fide pop classics. I've put together my own definitive collection of her her songs on Spotify,I put 43 of her tracks on there!! All of them hits!! She has the best pop catalogue by any female artist in music history!!

I remember my friend and I going to the local shopping centre to buy Sex,it was being kept behind the counter,on the top shelf. I brazenly walked up to the counter and said "I'd like to buy Madonna's Sex book please". The whole shop turned around to look at me,my poor mate cowering in the corner turning the deepest shade of crimson red!!! The woman behind the counter gave me the dirtiest look and passed me the book like it was radioactive. After what seemed like a lifetime getting home (but was in reality 30 mins),all of my friends came round have a look through it. I thought the book was a work of art,& the writing funny. I thought Madonna was brave for putting the book out,but do think she should've released it 6 months before the Erotica album was released,as the book completely overshadowed an amazing LP.

I agree with Sir Suedehead! Living For Love deserved to be as big a hit as Hung Up.. Deffo the best lead single she's done since then too.

Another great track that could've been given a kick ass video. I'd have loved to have seen Madonna in New Orleans in 19th century Gothic horror, trying to save her soul from Satan.
-
A hands down pop classic. Her first masterpiece. 10/10.

I thought 4 minutes was the worst single she'd released (until 2012 when Give Me All Your Lovin took that title!). But I fell in love with Devil Wouldn't Recognise You (A scandal that this was never released as a single!). I also loved Beat Goes On,Heartbeat,Give It To Me,and Miles Away. Overall, the album is a solid one,even if I think she was a little behind the trend working with pharell and timbaland,as I felt their production was dated by the time they got round to working with Madonna. My single choices would've been;
1. Beat Goes On.
2. Devil Wouldn't Recognise You.
3. Give It To Me.
4. Heartbeat.

I was 18 at the time and couldn't wait for Madonna's new album. I'd bought the Erotica single a few weeks before and had played it to death,excited that this was the direction she was going to go in next. I remember going to HMV to buy the album and rushing home to play it. The standout tracks for me were Erotica, Deeper & Deeper,and Rain. Whilst I loved the raw grit of tracks like Erotica and the slinky jazz of Where Life Begins,I actually thought that the album could've been shorter. Certain songs could've been edited down,and to be honest I'd have done away with what I considered to be weak songs and would've trimmed the album down to a 9 or 10 track LP. That's exactly what I did,I taped my own version of the album and played it endlessly. My tracklist was as follows;
Side One;
1. Erotica.
2. Fever.
3. Bye Bye Baby.
4. Deeper & Deeper.
5. Where Life Begins.
Side Two.
1. Words.
2. Rain.
3. Why's It So Hard?.
4. In This Life.
I thought visually the artwork was amazing, the videos were flawless, my only disappointment was that I felt she released the wrong singles. My single choices would've been;
1. Erotica.
2. Deeper and Deeper.
3. Rain.
4. Words.
5. In This Life.
Overall I think Erotica stands up well,and for me as singles, both Erotica and Deeper & Deeper are classics. I still listen to the LP today,I give it 8/10.

I would imagine Madonna wouldn't get much change from a 100 million dollars, when all said and done. Madonna insists on perfection for her tours and that doesn't come cheap. She gets the best in the business, from her dancers to musicians,and as a result she will have to pay top dollar.

1. Like A Prayer.
2. Ray Of Light.
3. True Blue.
4. Erotica.
5. Rebel Heart.
-
Wow! Anastaza, you are one hot lady! You have a beautiful figure! You are working that outfit! Glad you had a great time.
-
Most of her video output has been a little below par this past decade,so I'm also going to be a rebel and pick 5. It goes something like this;
1. Hung Up.
2. Sorry.
3. Girl Gone Wild.
4. Living For Love.
5. Ghosttown.
-
Ooh that's a hard one!
1. True Blue.
2. Like A Prayer.
3. Ray Of Light.
-
For me she's been good in the following
1. Evita.
2. A League Of Their Own.
3. Dick Tracy.
4. Desperately Seeking Susan.
I do think she should've been nominated for an Oscar for Evita, and I always thought she was much better in supporting roles rather than leading ones. I think with the right part and director, she could've one an Oscar as best supporting actress.

For me it's Forbidden Love from Bedtime Stories that wins,such a sexy track,I would've released this as the 4th single instead of Human Nature, which whilst I loved the video for it,I always thought it was a weak track.

May the piece of shit that did this rot inside a cell for the rest of his life!
