People were thrilled to see Jay-Z but the consensus seems to lie more on the anti-Tidal end of things at my school, bar the business students of course.

For the Rebel Heart tour I see an indian part as it was said. Wasn't there an indian girl who danced for M's birthday or something and she said she was hired?
I thought that was a Turkish bellydancer, no?

Katy keeps adding on and on to this tour. She announced some new dates in South America in the fall, I think.
I REALLY hope Madonna goes to SA! Guy said they were thinking about it for MDNA so lets hope she does it this tour!

A friend of mine (M fan) told me that she did not like 911 footage being used for GT today. It seemed to turn her off.
I doubt most people would feel it's in bad taste, but I do feel it's questionable because the images are extremely powerful & people are still traumatized by the attack.
I think it's in bad taste…especially on American daytime TV. There's no real reason to show it; I don't get what it really has to do with the song either. Just controversial for the sake of being controversial.

JOA sounded great! But why is M so nervous. Both yesterday and today and both during / not during performances. I mean jeez, she's Madonna!!! Even the people from the audience who came on stage looked less nervous. Looking back at some of the acoustic performances from the past, she was so much more relaxed, for example Don't Tell Me during Letterman, and in that one she was even playing guitar which is something she was still (re)learning. It's very strange how nervous she is lately, it's kind of uncomfortable to watch.
She's not Joan of Arc, that's why! Did you listen to the words of the song? She still gets nervous performing live, as anyone would/should. It was her first time performing this particularly song and unlike most pop-tarts these days, she actually was singing with live vocals. Also she's recovering from a cold so I'm sure she's extra worried about her voice. People have been so extra critical of her too lately; back in the DTM days she was a lot less scrutinized and criticized in the media compared to today.

Yeah…I could try. My mother's just a very stubborn woman about most things. I remember like 5 or 6 years ago ROL came on the radio and my mom made a nasty remark and that's like one of M's best songs! She just hates her because she hates her at this point. There's no changing her mind.
