I love Scrapple. So you were a fan before she even became that big? THAT. IS. AWESOME. Were you living in New York at the time, involved in underground music? Did you see her live anywhere in 82?

Well, I went to NYC w/friends of mine and ended up randomly buying the maxi single of Everybody. That was December 1982. I didn't live in the city and I never saw any of the early performances. But, after buying the single, I was hooked. I've been a fan ever since!

If M's next album is universally loved by both critics and fans, is compared to ROL and LAP, has amazing videos that all fans love, that she is on the cover of 30 magazines, does another promo tour like Brixton/Roseland, is on all of the talk shows promoting the album, performs new songs on those talk shows, releases an awesome 1st single, and then the album struggles to sell 1.3 million worldwide and the first single tanks. What will everyone do?

I care. Having hit singles is a part of being labeled the Queen. You need to dominate over your peers in all aspects of the industry in order to rule. A queen is called one for a reason.
