Well, poster Dita333 on AbsoluteMadonna is a volunteer for the Super Bowl halftime show. He/She has said they weren't going to spill any details, just deny any false rumors. Here's what they had to say when I asked about LMFAO.
Haven't heard that one. Sounds absurd to me. LMFAO is playing in Indy in one show I know of before the super bowl.Which is great news of itself. There was also this:

Leotards already had iconography to them. Fame, flashdance, the seventies etc. Madonna is an expert with postmodern references. She even managed to reference herself several times. Her postmodern referencing of MTV vma 1984 at the 2003 vmas was pure genius. I get annoyed with that wrestling thing as a common misconception Hipster. No offense.
Ah, well yes, I meant to put "that sort" instead of "a sort," but I'm a sloppy typer. "That sort" being the tackiness that I had talked about. I don't see leotards in that same light.
I know it was boxing (she's wearing boxing gloves after all), but again, I don't always elaborate, or even realize what I'm typing.

The only reason I wouldn't want Madonna in a cheerleading outfit is because they're ugly and tacky. I would love for her to wear a look that will become iconic, not something that already has a sort of iconography to it. Like the Hung Up leotard.

Still, can't really make a decision until we hear the full thing and it was growing on my as it went on. Does have a Go-go's feel to it. I hope it doesn't use the awful'It's so cool to be uncool' line! Such a dreadful lyric.

The clip was then followed by an advert for 'Stool Softener'. I think the online guys aren't big fans!According to the second video posted, the It's So Cool lyric isn't used for the song, she's just using it in conversation. However, the Beat Goes On lyrics does seem to be used.

lol, I know, but the nananana parts sound so MIA, as in an "it is what it is" and "jimmy" kind of style. mixed with M.. could be interesting.
Reminds me of It Takes A Muscle's poppier cousin song, at least judging by this short snippet. And the way Maya dances in the studio is exactly how this song makes me feel.

My boyfriend's friend is in the Indianapolis Gay Man's Choir (don't ask...) and he is performing with Madonna at the super bowl. He's being fitted for his choir gown and rehearsals start this week (they don't rehearse with Madonna until the end).
Could Like A Prayer be on the set list after all?

You can tell from the awkward jawline that it's fake. Plus that's a very Hard Candy era face, at least in terms of make-up. A LOT of work went into that though.
