They're not great seats, nor are they in the best venue, but I'm just grateful at the chance of being able to see her.

I adore this song. It's so great, it's so much fun and at a loss of all pretenses. For me, it's on par with I Love New York, which also wouldn't make a good single, but is still strong song with a lot of energy and a punch. I literally cannot wait to own the album so I can pop the CD in my car and bump GMAYL at high volumes wherever I drive during the summer. I'm sure that will feel amazing and I think that's what this song was created for. This song is MADE for that. To make listeners FEEL happy. And that's exactly what it does for me.
Charts don't dictate my tastes, but it's cool that the song made the top ten. The video is great and she looks effortlessly sexy while still having fun. M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj are two of my favorite artists and having them on a great Madonna song is just superb. The single cover is hot. She performed the hell out of the song at the Super Bowl and gave it its rightful place among her hits.
What's not to love about this song?

This forum is so manic depressive. A week ago, everyone was on a high because of the performance, video, and song charting well and now everyone seems like they wanna off themselves and Madonna because the song is doing AMAZINGLY. Like, calm down.

You guys don't understand how it works. It's -831 spins because it's being compared to last week's numbers. Last weekend was the Clear Channel deal, so she got tons of airplay. That drop signifies the difference between the highest number of spins from last week and the highest number of spins this week. It was to be expected that her drop for this weekend was going to be massive, because the regular airplay that she'd get for this week could not compare to that of the Clear Channel deal. The fact that, up until Friday, she was still showing gains, plus the fact that she's still in the top ten on iTunes (even with Whitney's surge in sales) is good news.

If the new video is going to be shot this week after all (like Madonna said), I would imagine the next single will be coming out in about a month's time. Probably a week or two before the album.
And didn't Martin Solveig say that M.I.A. and Nicki were each featured twice on the album? Since M.I.A. is obviously on Birthday Song, I wonder what song Nicki has her second feature on.

For some reason I think it may seem free bu it will be deducted and charged as a sale. I swear Madonna doesn't seem to be the type to just give away her albums to promote ticket sales...she always sells out and she wants to push her record as she always does with her setlist. There's some type of new marketing scheme going on here.
Agreed. That's why I called it "free." If you read the press release, they never mention the word free.
US residents ordering tickets online to a US performance will receive their choice of a digital or physical copy of Madonna's new MDNA album with every ticket purchased.I'm sure they bumped up ticket sales that ten dollars for it to qualify as album sales.

Even if I get a "free" physical copy of the standard edition with tour tickets, I still bought the digital edition on iTunes and will buy the physical edition of the deluxe to bump in my car so she's still getting at least two sales from me!

I am PRAYING to GODONNA that I can go to the Phoenix show on the sixteenth of October! My birthday is in the first week of March so I'm hoping I can get tickets as an early birthday present! Phoenix is six hours away, but would sooooo be worth the drive. MY FIRST MADONNA CONCERT.

I don't think she's trying to cover up what she looks like. I mean, she's made the effort to look great in all other mediums thus far (the single art, the video, Super Bowl) and has been successful at it. I think the filter is simply being used to create something aesthetically interesting that's unique to her work. And, at that, she has also succeeded.
Both covers are great. Just to note, the standard edition of the album has fifteen tracks.
