I've recently been listening to Fall in Love by Phantogram and it reminds me of Madonna for some reason. I don't think many people would agree with me but I could imagine her doing a song like this. The music in it reminds me of the Louis Vuitton making of video too. Honestly would love something like this.

I'm not excited about it because personally I think his music already sounds "dated." I'm happy that she is working on new music though and I'm sure I will enjoy it regardless considering she usually incorporates her touch to whatever she does. Can we be certain that we will definitely get a new album by the end of the year?

And I love that she based the whole thing on Memoir of a Geisha and used the elements that was mentioned in the book - wood and water .
All 4 elements are represented in the video. The guy twirling the fire and the water in the bag that she holds.
It's one of her best videos and songs. Disappointed it didn't do better on the charts. I thought the Grammy performance was pretty awesome too.

Never listened to a song by him. I'm sure I would've heard one somewhere though but just not known who it is. Everyone I know who goes on about him being awesome tends to have terrible taste in music.

Your mate sounds like a douche bag.

That is fucking excellent.

It wasn't bad. Her vocals were great and she looked good. She not a Miley fan though.
On a side note I find it frustrating that whenever Madonna performs with younger artists it's always all about how she is trying to win new fans and how desperate she is to perform with the "hot" new artist. Yet no one ever questions or thinks about what an honor it would be for someone like Miley to perform with a legend. Thinking logically who do you think approached who? I'd wager Madonna is the one who gets asked to perform not her running around desperately trying to find people who'll give her a break and allow HER to perform with them.
Nor do any other artists cop shit when they perform with young artists. No one said Rolling Stones were desperate performing with Gaga. No one said that country dude was desperate performing with Willie Nelson at the Grammy's. Yet there is always a double standard for Madonna. Not just this but anything she does. Angelina adopts a black kid and she's a savior, Madonna adopts a kid and she is a monster who is simply using her wealth to buy kids. I don't really give a shit if people don't like her but the hypocrisy is so annoying sometimes.

I'm looking forward to the performance but I really cant stand Miley. She never phased be before she went off the rails but her MTV performance was so fucking dumb. Hopefully Madonna gave her some good advice and she smartens up her act.

Ryan Lewis looks like he has a boner for Madonna.

Her face/head looks so big in this photo. Just really strange.

Also in regards to the vocals being crap - I thought a lot of the other artists sounded worse in parts. Stevie Wonder/James Hetfield/Willie Nelson etc.
-
The vocals were good and I actually think she sounded GREAT singing the last bit of Same Love. I enjoyed the country-inspired sound of OYH too. (Dolly collaboration in the future? ) The whole wedding thing was a bit cheesy though. I seem to be the only one who thought she looked awesome too, cane and all. Also I thought it was clever they juxtaposed the bible belt/country theme with a song about marriage equality.

I was waiting for someone to jump to that reference since she turned up on the red carpet.

That was cheesy as fuck
Not as much as I expected though.

Thought it was a good performance. Her voice sounded pretty good.

I'm liking Metallica.
-
BTW Metallic next and then Madonna I believe.

I don't mean any disrespect but I thought Carole King died of cancer?
-
Daft Punk were pretty awesome.

Is David sitting next to Jay Z? I thought I saw him during the Paul and Ringo performance.
-
Is Paul and Ringo that big of a deal? They keep hyping shit and I'm just sitting here like meh.
-
Is the wedding thing really that revolutionary and ground breaking? Im wondering how they are going to pull it off without it being cheesy.
