No Oakenfold, please! I want David Guetta to be the only "dance" producer that she works with.I don't want an entire dance-oriented album this time. She needs to bring in a producer who specializes in ballads.Let's have three or four really good ballads this time!
She should work with Guy Sigsworth again.

"Haiti, we can see your halo"

I honestly will make a ???
I think it's "our honesty will make us cry."
And I really love this song.

You obviously haven't heard "Paradise (Not for Me)", "What it Feels Like for a Girl", "Hung Up", "Get Together" to name a few.....
The album version of Paradise (Not for Me) doesn't do much for me. I like the live versions better.
I'd put Gone, Nobody's Perfect, I Deserve It, and Don't Tell Me above WIFLFAG on a ranking of Music.
If I were unable to hear Hung Up or Get Together ever again, I wouldn't really mind.

American Life has some dud songs on it, but the production is all fantastic, and it does have Nothing Fails, the best song she's done this decade.

Maybe all these producers are just there to throw us off the scent, and her plan is to actually crank out an even deeper-diving disco record. After all, her recent single "Celebration" was well-received, and the throwback sounds on 2008's Hard Candy wowed both the dance and pop worlds. Perhaps she just wants to make ABBA tunes for the rest of her career (which wouldn't be such a bad thing, really).
I don't know about the disco part, but I wouldn't be surprised if Madonna's camp leaked all of these different names just to cause chaos.

1. American Life
2. Music
Hard Candy and Confessions tied at 3.

This is really exciting news...hopefully it's true.

I like his stuff, but he's getting kind of tired at this point.
Maybe she's flirting with the idea of working with a bunch of different producers, and he's the only one bragging about it publicly.
Or maybe she'd do half an album with him, and the other half with someone more underground.
I hope its the first, the second could turn out to be either brilliant or a trainwreck.

Madonna at her most beautiful IMO. -
I guess I'll have to watch it.
But more important than the episode - this will keep Celebration selling.
-
How so? I think it could have gained some more attention to it.
About the albums, COADF - last album, HC - current album, duh. She was still on tour during this, this is almost 2 months old.
Well it would have been the end of her in the U.S., anyway (to an even greater degree).
Blackface makeup has some pretty severe racist undertones in the US. I guess the rest of the world might be indifferent (but I'm not convinced of that).

with an old picture from the True Blue era. Interview is great, they talk a lot about her older songs and albums. She said she recoginzes herself in Lady Gaga. And Eminem turned down working with Madonna. She feels retarded singing songs like Sorry, Into The Groove and Cherish.
For Hard Candy, she had a photoshoot with Steven Klein where she painted her face in black and she wanted to call the album "Black Madonna" (so the rumours were true). But Guy Oseary was against it, so she changed her mind.
Well...at least he's done one thing right in the last few years.
That would have been the end of her.

I doubt we will see any changes with the way M markets her music under LN? Did WB stop her from performing the songs on various shows?
I doubt TBGO or Revolver would have got past the top 50 even if released. im sure theres some releases/featuring of Kanye or lil Wayne which performed below standard. Timberlake had some which did not do too well.
We might see one difference under LN - Madonna could get her INSANE wishes of singles. Didn't I read somewhere that she wanted Candy Shop as the lead off HC?
-
If it's a hit, it's a hit, if it flops, it flops.
But if it's never released, I'll always wonder if it could have been huge.
And I would never bet against the hit-making power of Lil Wayne.

^ Their silence is deafening
I doubt they have any power over who gets booked on the show. Madonna's management should contact ABC - they'd never turn her down.
She then needs to wear some spandex.
-
An Oprah interview would be the best possible promo.
All of those housewives who were in their teens and twenties when she first came on the scene.
She just needs to make sure that she doesn't look too hot so that all of those inevitably frumpy housewives won't feel bad about themselves and not buy Celebration.
-
they rocked that, madonna looked so hot there
lol and there goes my first post on this forum
Hello, there!

I am actually wondering if GaGa was TRYING to look bad with the wig and makeup. Madonna looks so good in the face and body (boobalicious) in comparison, its not even funny. Seeing them together actually makes me think Pud has a point
The wig was a bride-of-Frankenstein-type mess, the makeup was death white, and the lipstick was blood red.
She's trying to look scary these days.

It would be great if she could make it that fast.
