I was looking through some of the youtube videos for the one minute Celebration commercial. So far, at least 10 people have asked "what song is playing at 0:20?"
There were no other questions other than for that song. interesting no?

The pic on the right-hand side (as "Like a Prayer" begins to play) at 00:31 is an odd choice -- I don't know that it's actually Madonna. I recall seeing that as the cover of the "Royal Philharmonic Plays the Music of Madonna" record. (Yes, I actually bought that one day in a particularly dull moment in between Madonna releases...)
But otherwise it's great. Well done. Looking forward to the Celebration vid.
That Royal Philharmonic CD of Madonna music is great!!! I absolutely love it.

I am happy that La Isla Bonita is using the LP version and not the IC version which cuts off the beginning and end.

I feel they skipped a lot of great 1990's hits and put too much emphasis on 2000-2008 barely hits and 1983-1984.

Just have regular commercial with snippets of a bunch of songs, like cher did for her greatest hits, and it'll do just fine.

if Candle in the wind managed to sell 10 million records in the US after di died, then i think his back catalog can probably do more over the next month or two.

I wouldnt be surprised if the Itunes singles top 10 is filled with MJ songs next week. the big hits can easily sell 100k plus each

You're an example of absolute stupidity. Im entitled to my opinion, a lot of people feel the same way it has nothing at all to do with Madonna not coming to Australia.
Furthermore, when I said Israel and America I meant those goverments and their policies not the people. Madonna going to Israel is an example of her loopy she has become. Madonna is really turning into a female version of Tom Cruise.
Paul mccartney and depeche mode also toured in israel in the past year, so are they also "loopy"? and remember madonna was there in 1993 too...its not her first time.
you obviously have a such a distorted and closed minded view on israel judging by the words that you use.

Actually, it's not just my opinion - it's also the opinion of millions of other people around the world (many of whom are Jewish) who do not support the horrific actions of the Israeli government.
In fact, most people I know here in the UK agree with me.
The American pro-Israel propaganda only represents a minority of the world's view.
and many millions more do not support the horrific actions of the palestinian government. any other country in the world would have demolished those territories completely by now if they had a neighbor like palestine.
maybe madonna should have avoided going to america or any european country...they are each responsible for way more deaths than the israelis and pals inflicted on one another . you just have a very one sided view on the israel situation and that's why you dont want her to go there.

Her performing in Israel is the same. She should be ashamed of performing in that fascist state.
