'I'm in a Bangkok plastic surgery hospital': Jessica Alves reveals she's in quarantine after flying to Thailand for 'life-changing' surgery

Jessica Alves has revealed she's  in quarantine at a Bangkok plastic surgery hospital ahead of her latest cosmetic procedure, which is scheduled to take place in a fortnight.

The TV personality flew to Thailand on Wednesday and has since remained behind closed doors in accordance with current health and safety guidelines.

Speaking to MailOnline from hospital, a groggy Jessica, 37, admitted she will be staying in South-East Asia for weeks beyond her operation, which she describes as 'life-changing'.

She said: 'I was being very discreet coming to Thailand as I didn't tell anyone. I am in a Bangkok plastic surgery hospital where I'll spend two weeks in quarantine, and then I'll have the surgery.

'I'm going to be staying in Thailand nearly two months. I've literally just arrived.'

She added: 'I can't reveal what the surgery is yet, but it's a life-changing one.'

The previous day she gave Instagram followers an update ahead of her long-haul flight to South-East Asia while insisting the nature of the trip would remain a secret until further notice.

Addressing fans from an empty departure lounge, she said: 'I'm at Heathrow Airport all by myself, there's no one else here. I'm going away to somewhere nice, exotic and apparently very hot right now.'

What is left to be done ????  Look at her .

This sounds so corny but I feel so much hope. It's like these past 4 years have been a storm and today the light finally came through the clouds. I never felt safe under Trump as an LBGT individual. And Pence absolutely hated us. I can't describe how I'm currently feeling. It feels good though.

I have a feeling Mother's Husband ( Pence ) will run in 2024 but CONGRATS to Biden and Harris !

Am happy for the USA !

His "doctors" are a bunch of liars...like everyone else in the Trump administration. A good portion of this country alreadyknows that, and doesn't trust them anyway. My guess, his health is actually far worse than they're letting on...and they're doing everything they can to cover it up. And the experimental cocktail he's on, particularly the steroids, are known for making you feel invincible right away. The second you come off them, it's not good...

I mean, if he was feeling so good, why back out of the second debate...?

Yes exactly . I makes me think of how many lies they will have ti spin from the GE .

J.K. Rowling Proves Her Commitment to Transphobia in Her New Novel

Cynthia Nixon also called out the Harry Potter author for her “painful” anti-trans comments.

No longer satisfied with simply repeatedly expressing her transphobic opinions on Twitter and in 3,600-word screeds on her personal website, J.K. Rowling now appears to be bringing her TERF (trans-exclusionary radical feminist) logic to a bookshelf near you via her new fictional novel, Troubled Blood, out Tuesday.

According to an early review in The Telegraph, Troubled Blood—the fifth installment in Rowling’s Cormoran Strike series written under the pen name Robert Galbraith—deals with the cold case of a woman who disappeared in 1974 and is believed to be the victim of Dennis Creed, “a transvestite serial killer.” (Transvestite is considered an outdated and derogatory term for cross-dressing, which is not the same as being trans.) The review goes on to say, “One wonders what critics of Rowling’s stance on trans issues will make of a book whose moral seems to be: never trust a man in a dress.”

This also isn’t the first time Rowling’s anti-trans opinions have found their way onto the pages of this particular series. In the second Cormoran Strike book, The Silkworm, a woman named Pippa stalks detective Strike before attempting to stab him. Strike traps her in his office, revealing her identity as a trans woman, with Rowling adding in a description of her Adam’s apple and hands. The detective then tells Pippa that prison “won’t be fun for you.… Not pre-op.” (Rowling’s representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment.)

  5. Her view on the issue is quite regressive . I'm sorry she was sexually assaulted and have had to experience domestic violence at a hand of a man I presumed .

She can advocate for women / girl' s right to safety but don't bring trans people into it . They are not making you less of a woman and more importantly they are not

dictating on how YOU should live your life so why do you think it's your business to tell them how they should live theirs ?

JK says she support safety of trans women , at the same time she thinks their basic human rights should be denied .The right  to be who they are .

How does she view trans women's position in society ?

How can we protect women and girls AS WELL AS trans women and other marginalised minority groups  who deserve equal rights to safety and shouldn't be denied

the basic human rights that can be afforded to everyone else .

Trans people face discriminations  , sexism , hate crimes and in worse cases they get killed  (  331 + trans were killed in 2019 worldwide ,compared  to 369 in 2018 ) .

( I'm not even going to go into the gay movement / trans movement that leads to pedophilia or children are being forced into transitioning etc  which is completely

crazy , based on unrealistic statistics and will make everything worst for ALL of us as a human race.)
