  1. I am, however, annoyed that (almost) every single Madonna fan acts like COADF is the end all to all 00's Madonna albums. American Life and Music are superior.

Deffinately NOT. Music was the lucky album because it came out after ROL. Even if AL came after ROL it would ve been much sucsessful. For me AL is her worst album and Music doesnt score much higher.

  2. I m not Addicted... Maybe its better than GMAYL. So far the best song is GGW and then Masterpiece... I kind of cant hear the melody in this... I think she forgot along the way that at the core you need strong pop melody/song and on top of it you can be experimental: like she did with ROL: first working with the songwriters then with the remixer, I mean the producer Orbit... This song might be experimental but I hardly hear a song: its a dj set with no melody... Unfortunately I think GGW is very strong pop song at the core but I think Benassi fucked up the production... Its just the production that cheepens the song... If this was produced by Price it could ve been better than say Sorry...

  3. I also dont get how you people think I m Addicted its better than GGW as a single... Im Addicted sounds too dance, too clubby, like something you ll hear in a dj set, it doesnt even sound like a proper song... GGW is great eventhough the production is weak.

  4. Hey You is one of Madonnas worst songs... Neither GMAYL, nor GGW can compare to its horridness :).

GMAYL is a very strange song: it has cringeworthy moments, where she does sound like Avril, which I hate hate hate (I see you coming...) and brilliant parts that recall her early singles like Burning Up (Dont play the stupid game...), but there is something very infantile and Hanna Montanish in GMAYL that cheapens the song alot... I know it must be a tendency - Katy Perry, but it just doesnt feel like its right for Madonna: I mean she used to have this adult, grown up, serious character to her songs, even to her dance songs: Vogue, Hung Up, Music: they all sound like a great very well thoughtout dance songs that can be sung by a 30ty something, 40, 50, 60ty something... But GMAYL sounds juvenile... I dont know it might be ironic, but I just cant really appreciate it.

GGW - the production is atrocious and cheap, but the song is SOLID, its just a good song. If it was produced by Stuard I think it would ve been up there with Hung Up. I love it.

  5. I m not surprised with the fate of Solveig's material... What I heard: GMAYL and the snippet of Birthday Song: it doesnt sound good... Lets hope the other songs are much better, because for me Solveig is very hit and miss with his own music: so there might be some great tracks there...
