  1. Florida woman shoplifts bomb ingredients at Walmart, tries to blow up store By THERESA BRAINE NEW YORK DAILY NEWS JAN 14, 2020 | 3:01 PM Emily Stallard, 37, reportedly crafted the homemade bomb in front of a child at a Florida Walmart. A Florida woman accompanied by a child trolled the aisles of a Tampa Walmart, constructing a bomb as she went, and tried to blow up the store, police said Tuesday. Emily Stallard, 37, of Tampa, was charged with several felonies, including attempted arson of a structure, fire bombing, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, child abuse and battery on a law enforcement officer, the Tampa Bay Times reported. It was an alert security guard at a Walmart in Tampa who noticed Stallard cruising the aisles, picking up – and opening – “flammable materials, projectiles and matches,” the Tampa Bay Times reported. And she was shoplifting them, to boot, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office told the Tampa Bay Times. Stallard then proceeded to fill a mason jar with fuel-grade denatured alcohol and wire brad nails – tiny and nearly headless – and fashioned a wick out of a shoelace. As she was attempting to set fire to the shoelace with a lighter, the security guard and an off-duty officer who the guard had alerted stopped her, WTVT-TV of Tampa reported. “This woman had all the supplies she needed to cause mass destruction at her disposal,” Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister told the Tampa Bay Times. “Had it not been for an alert off-duty law enforcement officer and a watchful security staff at Walmart, she may have followed through with her plans to cause an explosion inside the store.” Walmart weighed in too, noting that it had upped training for store personnel in deescalation and deterring shoplifting. “We take the safety and security of our customers and associates seriously,” the retailer said. “We appreciate the quick response of local law enforcement and are assisting them as they investigate the matter.” On top of it all, Stallard allegedly was toting a child and enlisting the tot’s assistance, police said. “The defendant encouraged the child to engage in an act that could have caused great bodily harm and induced the child to become delinquent,” police told WTVT.
  2. Mother let dog run loose in Wisconsin Walmart and performed a series of karate moves while son stripped naked, police say By JESSICA SCHLADEBECK NEW YORK DAILY NEWS APR 13, 2019 | 3:36 PM Benny Vann and Lisa Smith were arrested at Walmart after performing karate and getting naked. (Photo: Eau Claire Police Department) Police got quite the kick out of a mother and son wreaking havoc inside a Wisconsin Walmart with their dog. Officers with Eau Claire Police Department responded to reports of a theft in progress at the shopping center around 8:30 p.m. Friday, where they found 46-year-old Lisa Smith “screaming in the entryway" and chasing after her loose canine, authorities said in a statement. Shoppers and Walmart employees told responding officers the dog, Bo, was not wearing a leash when Smith arrived and started running up to customers while his owner “erratically started pulling apart store displays and placing them in her cart.” Smith was asked to leave the store, but continued to cause trouble in the parking lot, where she performed a series of karate moves. Bo meanwhile, attempted to escape the Walmart with a stolen treat — a box of Jiffy Cornbread Muffin mix. Her 25-year-old son, identified by officers as Benny Vann, was also “in the store causing problems,” police said. He made his way to the back of the Walmart and stripped down, exposing himself to other customers. Vann grabbed some clothing items off a nearby rack and tried to make a run for it. At one point he attempted to run down an officer with his scooter. Responding police “physically” stopped the scooter and Vann was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly conduct and retail theft. His mother was also taken into custody, but not before she attempted to kick out the window of a squad car. Smith is facing charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and misdemeanor bail jumping. “Bo was caught by officers in the store and brought to the Humane Association. The dog was not charged for theft,” authorities quipped. “We issued him a warning for the theft.”

A married couple from Louisiana is facing obscenity charges for allegedly posting a video of a public sex act to a porn site, according to The Smoking Gun. The alleged fornicators are Elizabeth Jernigan, 33, and her husband Rex Jernigan, 35, according to the same site. Police said they received a report of lewd activity inside a Houma library, alleging that the couple recorded themselves engaged in sex and uploaded the video to PornHub. The couple, known as “Sexybeast82” and “LaylaDevine,” have already posted 160 pornographic videos — and in many different locales. This includes Houma and Terrebonne Parish, La. The Jernigans’ videos reportedly show Elizabeth Jernigan exposing herself and masturbating inside businesses at the Southland Mall, according to The Smoking Gun. They also include a local Walmart and Burger King. The library version shows the wife performing sex acts on her husband near a periodicals rack, the same site notes. The couple were both charged with six counts each of obscenity. Following their release on bail, Rex Jernigan (under the moniker Sexybeast82) took to the PornHub profile to post about the news. He wrote, in part, “Hopefully soon we’ll get to post a new video soon.” The Smoking Gun points out that their page has 4,187 subscribers and 1.7 million views.
  4. what the hell http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/georgia-woman-attacked-shopper-walmart-bread-aisle-article-1.2992078 Georgia woman attacked by another shopper in Walmart bread aisle BY DAVID BOROFF NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Wednesday, March 8, 2017, 1:51 PM A 75-year-old great-grandmother was brutally attacked inside a Georgia Walmart. The bread aisle at Walmart turned out to be a treacherous place for a 75-year-old Georgia woman who was assaulted by another shopper. The great-grandmother, who did not want to be identified, said she was repeatedly punched in the face while buying food in the Atlanta area on Sunday morning. "I thought I was safe. I'm in Walmart," the woman told WSB. The victim was using a mobility scooter to get around when another woman, who would be identified as Alexis Venderburg, almost collided with her. It all went downhill from there. "I thought she was going to go around," the great-grandmother told 11 Alive. "She looked at me and she said, 'I want to get some bread, white [expletive].' I said, 'Well excuse me.'" The woman responded to Venderburg, "No, you move out the way" and also used another expletive, according to the station. Venderburg started following her. "There wasn't anybody in the aisle, and the next thing you know she was jumping on me," the victim told 11 Alive. "She kept socking me in my glasses, and then hitting me in my mouth," the victim continued. "I started hollering, 'Help, help.'" The woman, seen with a heavily-bruised face and arms during TV interviews, was stunned that no one at the Walmart came to her assistance. Venderburg fled, but returned to the Walmart when she realized she did not have her phone — it ended up in the victim's possession during the attack. She could not get her phone back, and fled Walmart once again, according to reports. The suspect was identified as Venderburg after cops inspected her phone, and she is being sought by police. In a statement to 11 Alive, Walmart said it was "disappointed a customer would treat another customer with such disrespect. We'll work with law enforcement as they search for the person responsible and want to wish the victim a speedy recovery."
  5. http://insider.foxnews.com/2016/05/03/woman-scolds-man-using-food-stamps-walmart-viral-video WATCH: Woman Confronts Man for Using Food Stamps at Walmart A video posted to YouTube appears to show a woman confronting a man at Walmart for paying for his groceries with food stamps. The video, which has quickly gone viral, shows the woman standing behind the man, who was at the checkout counter with a child. The two had apparently already exchanged words, in front of children, as the video started. "I put in 50 to 60-hour weeks," the man said. "Im trying to provide for my family." He told her to, "Deal with it, b****," and asked her to mind her own business. "I dont have to. Its a free country, remember?" the woman countered. "If Im gonna pay for all your s***, the least I can do is talk." She argued that the government pays for food stamps by taking money out of her paycheck and wondered whether he's a "Hillary or Bernie" supporter. The man then suggested she contact her congressman, or vote Republican, saying that he doesn't "make the rules" on food stamps. "Yeah, you just take advantage of them like everybody else," she said. "Well why wouldn't I? Why wouldn't I?" he said as the video concluded. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwrNiRngMhc&feature=share
