This is part of a week-long promotion leading up to the video premiere and interview special on April 24th.
There's a "bug" at the top of the screen the whole time that reads MADONNA LIVE "MEDELLIN" WORLD PREMIERE / NEXT WEDNESDAY 4PM EST ON MTV and when they go to commercial they play the glitchy "Vogue"/"Material Girl" teaser seen in this twitter post:
