  1. BEST HIP HOP FEMALE AT THE BET AWARDS NEXT YEAR: MADONNA VS. KERI HILSON YAY

Keri: I'm on my best behaviour

    *spreads legs*

    Madonna: I'll return the favour

*generic spread leg / yoga move / squat dance move / groundbreaking lesbian innuendo*

    (Remix)

  2. http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/inde...-grammy-awards/

Plant & Krauss, Lil Wayne, Coldplay Win Big at 2009 Grammy Awards

The man with the most nominations, Lil Wayne, took home four awards, most notably (and predictably) Best Rap Album for Tha Carter III, but also Best Rap Song for “Lollipop,” Best Rap Solo Performance for “A Milli” and his verse on “Swagga Like Us” scored him Best Rap Performance By A Group.

    ENOUGH SAID!

    :lmao::rotfl:

    You can't be serious!

  3. interesting but hope its not for GH lead single. i mean, its her greatest hits and her lead single is gonna be with some shit head rapper???? new album, maybe but how can u celebrate your gh with some rapper helping u sell records. do what you do best girl and do your own shit

  4. What is it you don't like about hip hop, Dickens? I mean, each to their own, certainly, but I don't get how people can dismiss an entire art form wholesale.

Are there any hip hop songs or artists you like?

    Just curious. :)

It may be hard to fathom but in reality (as in beyond the realm of the 1% of the population that actually feel so passionately about music that they post on online forums), you'll find that most people do "dismiss" entire genres of music on a daily basis. Most people I know are like that. "I hate classical music"; "I don't really like pop music"; "I hate rap"; "I hate heavy metal" and so on and so forth. I don't see what's so surprising about that.

  5. No, I think people just wanted it to sound less like "What comes around," "Rehab," and "Cry me a river." ;)

Exactly. Strip away the generic Timbo/Timber shite and there is a beautiful Madonna song of that ballad-but-not-really variety just waiting to come out of that generic FutureSexShockGoneBad closet.

  6. I thought the elephant in the room was the general close-mindedness of a largeish percentage of Madonna fans, myself.

    :provoke:

Oh please. Just because I think he's a horrible musician and her hooking up with him reeks of desperation and cluelessness doesn't make me close-minded.

But it does make you a Contrary Mary and the rest of the boys who "support" this collaboration prissy apologists.

Oh and before any of followers do it -

Check this hand cause I'm marvellous. SNAP

  7. Don't worry, the M fans will delude themselves into loving it because it's Madonna even though it's a bloody stupid collaboration :lmao:

I know, it's always so amusing how it unfolds.

*sits back and enjoys the apologists' circus*

    :lmao:

  8. :demonic: ^ terrible!!! you would pick the worst pic!!!

    ---

well, IF AND WHEN lumpy con farckle is into her career and touring for 25 years. if she wants to to her little jitterbug, kick it out bo dance, or clunk that leg onto the keyboard, she, too will have to lose the flub.

    Exactly.

Lady GaGa's "extra meat" may look OK now because she's in her 20s (apparently) but once she hits her 40s it's going to be bingo wing and chunky thigh galleria if she doesn't modify her workout regime for her age.

I love how some gays just don't get that. Cheetos, anyone?

  9. This doesn't look good. Even with all the controversy around David, at least his biological father never made a claim for him.

If this man does indeed turn out to be Mercy's biological father (which is easy to prove, even if Ms. Rosenberg protests too much) then the chances of Madonna getting Mercy are close to nil. A biological parent wanting their child trumps everything.

  10. happy day after your birthday but i think its you that are insecure about your joanne. some of us just dont like her, or britney, or the spice girls or avril levigne!!! flip that mirror around. :demonic:

    Thanks baby.

But seriously, I'm not even a 'fan' of Lady GaGa or anything. I just happen to like her album! I don't understand why it has to be twisted into something far bigger than it is. Why can't some fans just accept that other Madonna fans may actually, GOD FORBID, listen to music apart from Madonna's? It's all very bizarre to be honest.

And I appreciate that others may not like GaGa, Britney or whatever - but why is it that the reasons cited are always in relation to how 'inferior' they are to Madonna? It's as if they have to validate their Madonna fandom by putting these other girls down. Rather transparent, wouldn't you say?

  11. Good I'm glad she went. Maybe she can teach Gaga how to write a GoodGood pop song instead of the generic, watered down "dance" music on her album.

Sorry....but Gaga's stage looks interesting enough, her image IS enough to make one look twice at her. But the music is just simply NOT that good. It's so standard, run of the mill....PAP! Somehow for me the image doesn't fit the music. With her practically begging to be taken seriously as an artist and then hearing what is on her album....something just doesn't mesh for me. I will say this though....I would rather see her perform than hear her album. I do think the girl has genuine talent, hopefully she can do something good with it musically on her next album.

It's amazing that the first blonde haired girl that comes along with a HINT of individuality....and the fact that she isn't quite as manufactured as the Britney's and X-tina's of the last ten years.....and all of a sudden she's the REAL new Madonna.....LOL. The "next Madonna" won't be called the "next Madonna" she will be her own thing just as Madonna was. The bitch has had 2 singles.....my God.

Who said anything about her being the next Madonna? Some of us just happen to like her record.

Jesus Christ, some people are really insecure about their idols. Some of you lot are worse than Michael Jackson fans who still think he's sexy.
