here in Argentina public sale was a nightmare tickets were gone in less than 3 hours ald web site collapsed.

Yay! Congrats to the CHES!
LatAm: let's show the world once for all who's the best audience

-
Yes, she's going to change it 5 days before opening night....
do we know for sure it's the final version?
anyway...I like what I heard, except Vogue
-
Vogue with 4 Minutes its like Vogue with Me Against the Music
its a crime no matter what
I hope it's not the final version

she's fine.
she's going to a film festival to present her documentary next week. and she'll look great
http://www.record-eagle.com/features/local..._207100257.html
This year's festival is garnering plenty of media attention. Press requests to cover the event have quadrupled, but there are still films with many tickets available, Moore said.
"We haven't even mentioned the "M"-word here," he said.
And, "M" is for Madonna, the entertainment superstar scheduled to appear Aug. 2 at the State to introduce her documentary "I Am Because We Are." An overflow audience who obtained tickets will view a simulcast at the City Opera House.
The film festival runs July 29 through Aug. 3. For more information, including ticket purchases, go to www.traversecityfilmfest.org.

or if she is not bothered to do live promo, at least Live Nation (because WB is now history for her) must find some good marketing tools to push the new album (like the Coldplay-Itunes ad which rocketed Viva La Vida to the top of Hot100 and made the album sold bucketloads...)
Coldplay hired their own marketing team to promote VLV. Maybe M. should do the same for her next album
-
The success of a record has more to do with timing, promotion, and luck, than anything else.
True. All that + a good album= good sales (usually). and it's not that she didn't promote HC, she did. But it's obvious people are not buying it.
-
doesn't seem like she's inspired this time so i'll just wait for the dvd or something
i rather wait for a real madonna show anyway..not one with pathetic britney tributes *shrugs*
-
Madonna will have to start making good quality pop music a la Ray of Light - something that appeals to adults and young people.
I agree. It's not only about promotion. Good albums almost always sell well.
-
I didn't get tickets yet. not sure if I'll go

Deep.....Britney Spears?
Deep.....Britney Spears?
why Britney? she could've had so many other artists who are at her prime: Rihanna, Alicia, Nelly, even Xtina or Kylie
-
I read at Access Hollywood that Britney is just going to be in a backdrop video and that she won't be singing live with Madonna on stage.
I'm not a Britney fan at all, but I"m cool with it if she's just briefly in a video. I wouldn't want her to be performing live on stage with Madonna.
Britney never sings live
-
why be bummed? I think it's great that Coldplay hit #1. A total fuck you both to Billboard (whose rules make it so much easier for urban artists to have hits because of reparations because once urban artists didn't have a shot) and radio stations (who think that because Coldplay aren't rap that nobody wants to listen to them).
I am finally proud of the US singles charts for a change, someone who deserves to be #1 IS #1.

lol at the comments
maybe she'll go to Machu Picchu after her last show. Looks like the tour will end in Buenos Aires.

Did anyone else get this email from the I-con fanclub? It was even texted to me. It really made me and it seemed so appropriate coming from them.

Rumours about her going to Peru
http://www.correoperu.com.pe/paginas_nota....;seccion_nota=3
All dates in South America seem to be in December. If she includes other stops between Mexico and the alleged mid-December Brazilian dates, she could well accommodate 4 or 5 dates. Buenos Aires, Santiago, and maybe Lima? Bogota was apparently discarded. What about Caracas?
didn't know about Lima
but I read in an Argentine paper that she'll play 2 dates at River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires. Almost confirmed.
