Not at all what I was expecting

HOLY FUCKING CHRIST

I loved making the video for Celebration. It was the most fun I'd had in 20 minutes since I made the Jump video.

This 'One Love Mix' is pretty dire. What's the point in releasing this anyway? It's very much a non-event.

I see very few parallels between Madonna and GaGa. All of this "new Queen of Pop" business is all a bit unwarranted and premature, however to each his own. I attribute this to the fact that GaGa is rather interesting for the moment, very "Flavor of the Month" especially considering Madonna is probably at her most boring/uninspired she's been in her entire career.
I've always found GaGa to be the hybrid of Gwen Stefani and Aguilera in the vocal department, with the eccentricites of Róisín Murphy as far as fashion goes. I personally think the girl has talent on some level, but the music she's making could be by anyone. Overall she gets points for attempting to be different and knowing how to get people talking, though she comes across as a bit desperate overall IMO.

She looks great. The hair is very reminiscent of the Versace shoot (around the STR era).

Other acts still make great videos eventhough they are mostly watched online. There isn't really much of an excuse besides disinterest and/or laziness.
Part of me is hoping that over the last few years she wanted to 'stick it' to WBR, reemerging with some cinematic masterpiece for LN...but chances are slim.

Content-wise..Only Get Together is truly embarrasing.
The ICON version is awful, the regular version should've been included instead.

@ people taking this list seriously
Hung Up is the last time she's looked sexy, in a Madonna sense, in a music video. The whole dance studio sequence is so HER. Yeah she's looked good frolicking with Justin in 4 Minutes and hanging with the kids in Sorry, the sexiness is there, but in HU it just seems natural.

Wow I'm really shocked at the numbers for Sean Kingston and Jordin Sparks. 'Fire Burning' and 'Battlefield' have been inescapable this past summer, and that's the amount of records they've sold??
-
Guy O. confirmed that there will be no video, so you can kiss that goodbye. That doesn't mean it couldn't be a single still, though.
-
The pops on 'Music' are terrible and the EY edit is very strange, but everything else sounds great.
The remastered Like A Prayer is worth it alone, they NEED to do the whole album.
-
It was cool, not incredibly funny or anything. But my God she looked HOT AS FUCK.
Any chances of a second skit?
-
I dont even let people know. I just say "Be right back." And I can probably count on one hand the amount of times I have used a public restroom. Never, never, never.
I don't blame you, but I have the bladder of a woman in her third trimester. After my trip to California I swear I could write a guide for Frommer's about the best and worst public restrooms up and down the coast

I agree that every so often her voice tends to grate lately. I distinctly remember my first listen of Hard Candy...asking myself what the FUCK changed. Not sure if it's the nasal tone or the pronunciation that throws me off.
I still love her voice though, hopefully it's a phase as someone said.

I would really like to hear this in it's original form as well. As far as 2002 rejects go I guarantee that 'Can't You See My Mind' is the gem. Mark my words, when it leaks in 17 years and 3 months we'll all see
-
More like "It's So Awful"
I really wanted to like this...hopefully it's a grower??
-
The "Material Girl" Tranny > Everybody Else in the Video.
I hate to break it to you, but actually that is one of the very few BIOLOGICAL women in the video
It's one of the tour dancers whose name escapes me for the moment, but she was the one who did the 'Issac' solo dance during CT.
-
Love the production eventhough it overpowers the rest of the track. Better than Celebration.

I made up my mind last week that I was absolutely not going to listen to "Revolver" in full before I had the CD in my hands. I would simply satisfy myself with the 30-second preview clip.
Then I saw this thread, and I caved quicker than a West Virginia coal mine.
Anyway, this has somewhat made up for me having to miss my beloved Little Boots tonight
I'll give a listen later.

She looks really great
-
I'm just happy that for the first time in...6 years...there are a few reasons to tune in.

And Radar
True. To be honest I've avoided Radar at all costs though, easily her worst single to date. As a follow-up to the 2 JAMS that are Circus and If U Seek Amy it seems even weaker
Madonna fans on the COADF cover...

'American Life' is her best cover of the '00s, by far
