They're not included in the UK. The OCC don't allow bundles unless the price including CD is different

Bruce is on 36k sales and M on 20k. Nearest competitor is Bastille at #3 with 11k sales. She should hold that #2 position by Friday.

Yeah it's odd wording but I read it as he leads the way by 16,000 sales, rather than his sales are 16,000.
