Before the ''You must love'' perfomance, Madonna gives a long and emotional speech thanking everybody in the crew, and saying that she's very happy to be ending the tour in Brazil. ''I'm the luckiest girl in the world and also the most tired'', she says.
She dedicates the song (you must love me) to her children, attendind the concet tonite, and ends the perfomance with tears in the eyes.

At fashionspot they are speculating that this has to be for the april magazine, which comes out early to mid march. It would be kind of late if she were shooting now for the march issue, which would come out less then 2 months from now. The march issue however is one of the biggest issues for W magazine though...
It could be for March issue. They have about a month and a half to work on it, I think it's enough time. Will see.

I have to process the whole thing but the concert was fucking amazing!
I don't want to say the obvious things people already said and will say ( that she wore the brazilian soccer t-shirt, went into the audience, was very in touch with the public all the time and you could see she really put an effort there to keep people interested), so i will write a few personal thoughts, more phylosophical than objective really.
She is definitely the ultimate perfomer for sure and while she was jumping ropes and playing her guitar i was just thinking how much this woman could carry all the shit on her over her career...and when you see her on stage, her presence, her body and her involvement in that, everything gets explained, why there is so much adoration at her and jealousy and bitching at the same time.
When she plays the guitar, she defies the macho rockstar image, when she proves her body is fitter than ever she defies the prejudice against older women, when she sings songs from eastern europe she brings some culture to pop and the list could go on and on. She really likes to push herself and fans more and more and more.
Anyway, although a lot of people just keep repeating that she is master of marketing and so on i could feel there was really emotion there. I myself has been a fan since i was twelve; now i'm 31, and maybe i was a really die-hard fan since then, growing up listening to her, but after today i think i became much more of an admirer instead, as i could just see, live, for the first time ever with my eyes, that the soul and heart that i believed existed underneath the mass media persona is really there.

- Before the show, two M dancers took some photos on stage, with the public watching it.
- There was a Vip area inside of the Vip area itself.
- There was a litle rain before the show.
- 21:54. Beginning.
- She was wearing the original Candy Shop outfit.
- The sound was excellent.
- The show wasn't recorded.
- She was late during SNM and started it with "this one is for the ladies"
- During Miles Away M screamed: Brasil, te amo! (That means: Brazil, I love you!) and the crowd went nuts
- She bowed to the crowd after LIB.
- Before YMLM, the public screamed "I love you" and she replied "Me Too". Then she said she was glad to be back, and asked if they would want her to return in the future. Obviously, the answer was a noisy "Yes".
- YMLM ended, and the public screamed, again, "I love You".
- LAP performance was so well received, that a member of M team went on stage and recorded the crowd from that view.
- During the request, M said: "Brazil, I love you! You are the best!" Like a Virgin was sang, but she forgot some words and the public helped her, and she loved it.
- During Give It 2 Me, there was the Brazilian soccer team shirt again.
- It's said that the show was the best one till now.

M the slut is back - I love it! I love it when she's sultry, sassy, witty, hilariously funny, naughty and plain whorish!
I do love the spiritual and the profound M just as much, but I just missed her lthat way. It's been awhile since she's been like that. Plus, it feels like she's freer and gets to show part of her that was repressed for some time, but it's still an integral element of who she is.
During that, she fall in love with a Huge chandelier that is 100 years old. She wanted to buy it but the Hotel, nicely, gave it to her. it took more than 5 hours to get it dow and wrap it for her.Oh, that's really sweet of them!

So Madonna's in Brazil shooting a spread and cover for W magazine with Steven Klein. Made in Brazil is reporting she'll appear with a slew of hot Brazilian male models, two of which we've pictured here. On the left is Felipe Anibal, and in the center and right is Miro Moreira in D&G's spring 2007 campaign and Armani Exchange's spring 2008 underwear ads. At least two more boys like this will reportedly appear with Madge in the spread, shot at a hotel in Rio de Janeiro and a bar in Ipanema. See, this is why we love Madonna. She doesn't get divorced and have a lame 4 p.m. Champagne and cake menopause fest. She flings herself to the tropics to rub up on (can you imagine?) Brazil's finest-looking younger men for all the world to see. After all, why settle for one beefy, too tan baseball player when you can have four ideal specimens of foreigner?
You know, the New York Magazine is one of a few publications that appreciates M and writes about her with both humor and respect. Even the comments about her there are rather reasonable and not hateful.

Oh, M the whore is always fun.
She shot the photos for W Magazine with Steven Klein in the lounge area of the place where last night's party happened, and Brazilian model Jesus Luz was in the photos as well. Madonna was reportedly very interested in him.
According to the press, she met legendary Brazilian musical artist Gilberto Gil (who's been active since the 1960s) and claimed she was a big fan of him as well as of other Brazilian musical legends like Elis Regina and Tom Jobim.
I absolutely adore Gilberto Gil's music. Sounds like she's having a blast in South America.

Steven Klein could have made some shots already last night after the second show in Rio.
Madonna went to a private party with her crew, friends and some brazilian celebs, and the models for the W photoshoot. Some pics where made inside the car in the way to the party and inside the party, hosted in a Hotel.
Reporters that were in the party say that Madonna danced a lot very sexy, smoked cigarretes and even kissed one dancer and danced and played with the brazilian flag. She was enchanted with one of the models, named "Jesus Luz" (Jesus "Light" in english). She might have said: "Oh look at the name of the guy that I liked..."
Somethings I think is bullshit!

Just as a sidenote, all outfits so far are the normal ones with the exception of the masks in Vogue, which are apparently different. Audience reaction has been fantastic so far and Madonna is visibly surprised and inspired.
The reason Madonna delayed for almost an hour the concert tonite is because Brasil's president was backstage.
