  1. If the tour is geared for stadiums the the visuals from video screens might not work as well as in a smaller arena. I think she is probably conscious of not repeating herself too much. RIT and CT both opened with stunning and creepy video intros. It's time for a break from that. But I'm not sure C-A-N-D-Y S-H-O-P is a better alternative.

"conscious of not repeating herself'??? are u fucking for real......

    :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

think about that when the screen image comes on at the end,,,,think about that when La Isla Bonita comes on,,think about that when Music comes on,think about that when ray of light comes on..think about that when hung up comes on and most importantly think about it when the generic "thank you good night" recording is played at the end...."conscious of not repeating herself"

  2. Candy Shop

    Beat Goes On

    Human Nature

    Borderline*

    Vogue*

    Interlude 1

    Into The Groove

    Heartbeat

    Music

    She's Not Me

    Interlude 2

    Devil Wouldn't Recognize You

    Spanish Lesson

    Miles Away

    La Isla Bonita

    You Must Love Me

    Interlude 3

    4 Minutes

    Impressive Instant

    Ray Of Light

    Hung Up

    Give It 2 Me

"Borderline" and "Vogue" are in the setlist but their place has not been confirmed yet, but they are most probably gonna be in the first 2 segments as the 3rd and 4th has 5 songs each already.

    As per MTribe:

"there's one big hit (a single)

    two major screen videos (singles)

another interlude (based on a single - just like the two Sorry in Confessions)

and there's also a Folk song in there"

The "one big hit" is confirmed to be "Vogue" and the 2 videos are singles of Erotica & American Life.

as expected a PREDICATABLE BORING SHIT SET LIST,,,,,she's thinks she goes 'anti-establishment" by playing these shitty ass songs compared to her classics,if it were not for those songs she nor us wouldn't be here right now, luckily i didnt spend one god damn penny on yet another PREDICTABLE Madonna show, its sad to so her shows become repetitive over the years....no "magic" and no "fun" !!! BORING AND PREDICTABLE,her shows are only for herself ..and no one ELSE BUT!

  3. those last rumours sound like a great show. Vogue, Fever, Cherish with an Octopus - the most inspired thing we have heard for ages!

I can't believe it is fifteen years since she performed Fever!

I cant beleive it's been 15years since she's "ACTUALLY" performed as if she was enjoying it!

  4. That new setlist sounds dubious. Too much repetition.

I would be very happy with Human Nature. Wouldn't surprise me if she did 'You Must Love Me'. She loved the Evita songs and she did do Lament.

As for Live Nation and casual fans. They want her to do Ray of Light, Music, La Isla Bonita. It's the casual fans who probably only own Ray of Light and the Immaculate Collection that just want her to wheel out the most obvious songs as they don't listen to her on a regular basis.

She knows where the money is at and playing her iconic tunes will shift more units to the masses. She's knows us mugs will buy it anyway regardless.

Also, perhaps she just loves singing those songs. If it were my tour I suppose I would want to do the same.

BULLSHIT!!!! if true...the set list is pure and utter SHIT!!! her fans always have excuses for her selfish self-centered tours,me at one time included,,,NO MORE!!!!

  5. yeah

    fuck

she has soooooooooooo many amazing songs

    so many

and we get the same crap from the same crappy abums.........

i'm sorry this set list is HORRIBLE.

I want that original list ...u know the one posted on perez......THAT was a set list.

ME TOO!!! i knew that list was to good and 'un-predictable to be madonna of late...that set list was great!!

  6. Ok here we go!! Madonna's Sticky & Sweet tour opens with Candy Shop (very similar to the promo tour version) followed by a version of Beat Goes On very similar to the album version. Both Pharrell Williams and Kanye West will appear on video during the song. The third song in the setlist is the first GREAT surprise. It's the one and only Human Nature, from Bedtime Stories (and we'll not be sorry!!). The song will be presented in an original and UNIQUE way, but that's a surprise we don't want to spoil for the moment. We're sure the inclusion of this song will make lots of people very happy.

Section two of the show includes Into The Groove, a great number where she will be jumping rope with a little sample of the song "Jump" thrown in as well, followed by Heartbeat. The Fedde Le Grande version of Music, (just like the promo tour version) and She's Not Me follow.

The following section will opens with the song Devil Would Recognize You, Madonna will sing it live and play the piano onstage HERSELF for the very first time! After that we go into Miles Away, just like the promo tour, and a joyful version Spanish Lesson. Her great classic from True Blue arrives next: It's La Isla Bonita that will be presented in its "Live Earth incarnation", the Lela Pala Tute version!!! This third section is closed by one of the songs by Madonna that won an Oscar. It's the touching "You Must Love Me", the beautiful ballad from Evita, written by Tim Rice and Andrew Loydd Webber especially for Madonna in the film. This version is more or less very similar to its original form.

The closing section of the tour includes the promo tour version of 4 Minutes followed by one of the greatest surprises fans will adore: Impressive Instant from the "Music" album!! Ray of Light follows. It's basically the album version with some changes in the middle. The promo tour version of Hung Up is next. The tour closes with the latest single from Hard Candy, Give It 2 Me

But that's not all folks! Madonna is also doing a great classic for her first album and she's doing it for the first time since the Virgin Tour. It's "Borderline" that will be presented like it has never been heard before and don't forget to look out for the great tour videos that will be directed by Steven Klein, as previously reported by MadonnaTribe!!

That's it for now and stay tuned for more exclusive tour news from MadonnaTribe News

  8. RUMORED SET LIST!!!

    From Wiki

On June 16th, a photograph was leaked onto the Internet, featuring a piece of paper attached to a guitar case, reportedly at the base in Manhattan where the band and dancers are rehearsing without Madonna. While it is not possible to fully confirm the authenticity of the set list, the way it was leaked and the situation it is in prove it to be a very likely contender. If the set list is to be believed, "Nothing Really Matters", "The Girl From Ipanema" and "Don't Tell Me" are also under consideration. A strike denotes an actual penstroke through a word on the setlist. [8]

    The set list leaked is as follows;

    1. "Heartbeat"

    2. "Candy Shop / I Want Candy"

    3. "Open Your Heart"

    4. "Borderline" "Express Yourself"

    5. "Voices" Interlude

    6. "Miles Away"

    7. "Dance 2night"

    8. "Everybody"

    9. "Vogue"

    10. "Beat Goes On"

    11. "Who's That Girl" Interlude

    12. "Spanish Lesson"

    13. "You'll See"

    14. "La Isla Bonita" "Who's That Girl"

    15. "Dress You Up"

    16. "Rescue Me" Interlude

    17. "Rain"

    18. "Devil Wouldn't Recognise You"

    19. "She's Not Me"

if this is the true set list i will be releived that i havent wasted my money on a SINGLE ticket for this tour, and this will be the first Madonna tour I WILL NOT SEE,other than the Virgin tour.. SAD!!!!!!!! i beleive 98percent of this setlist  also look at the last 4 songs,,,BEYOND AWFUL!....awful awful awful.....just like the confessions tour,,,hopefully one day again she will remeber how to perform and excite SAD!

  11. :lmao:

BITCH BETTER REALISE PEOPLE PAYING TOP DOLLAR TO SEE HER WANT SOME HITS!

Espesh in stadium shows with more casual fans who dont want good album tracks form old albums, they want the SMASHES

    and so do i :D

And why cant she sing Borderline....lazy cow

    DO ANGEL!

I dont really want Everybody either....I wouldnt mind CHerish :D And WTG is essential

Tour person :"Hi, Madonna, ive been thinking about the set list, lets include some old classics"

Madonna: "Erm..okaaay...i was thinking...Lets take these mugs down memory lane, i was thinking Jump, Your Honesty and Shanti"

  12.

The Icon messageboard is in MELTDOWN. So MANY fans have been given shitty seats in the presale. I have never seen so

many fans pissed off. It appears Live Nation's stratergy is to dump the worst seats on to Iconers. Well its backfired spectacularly.

Madonna joing forces with ticket reseller's has backfired toO, fans are reporting the best seats for are available with Stubhub etc at ridiculous

prices. Icon, Live Nation and Madonna are trying to fuck fans over left right and centre. She should re name the tour "The Sticky and Greedy Tour".

I hope TEAM MADONNA are reading the boards on fansites and can see the level of anger, resentment and absolute disgust at they way fans are being treated.

Madollah is her name and charging the highest price for a ticket is her game!.

    CLASS ACT WOMAN!
  13. Sooooo are the "die hards" in this forum already working on excuses for week 3?????

some advice,,,Madonna is NOT ABOVE PROMOTION

Madonna is getting negative press over her DISGUSTING stubhub deal

Madonna is royally !UCKING her fans on presales

Madonnas promotion tour is all about her NOT her fans

AND most importantly Madonna is showing just how much she is a CLASS ACT!!!

  14. So in order to be A REAL FAN, we must tolerate Madonna being an ass to us ?!?!?!?!? WOW, that is news

It is because of fans like you she treats us like shit

And noooooooo, i don't care about Mariah or all that shit, I love Madonna but i can admit and will tell when the actions taking by her team are fucking the fans.

Please Madonna, treat me like shit!! Please Madonna do not give me the chance to see you closer even tho i joined your fanclub and there it says that as a paying member i get access to presales!!! yay :boring:

I don't want her to call me and say OMG VALHUM THANKS FOR BEING A FAN, LET ME RIM YOU NOW!! I just would like to know that we get better seats specially if you are paying for that.

Oh and btw, apparently this is what the Johan person from ICON said about the whole mess....

Johann finally addressed the crappy ICON presale and said that all good seats couldn't be reserved for ICONers because that wouldn't be fair to those who aren't members.

WTF is that?!?!?!?! :nocomment: isn't that why many joined???? IT'S A FUCKING FAN CLUB of course people expect better treatment that the non members casual fans :confused:

    THANK YOU!!
  15. quote=

And I have empirical evidence to back this up. By a strange coincidence, we had arrived early on Sunday. But sure enough, the Material MILF was there for what we (and several Madonna fans) thought was a routine soundcheck. Hilariously, Madonna even called to her nonexistent audience, “I can’t hear you!” Meaning that Madonna was practicing exactly what she was planning to say to the crowd between songs. (Sure enough, she did call out “I can’t hear you!” to the sweltering fans, who presumably thought she was being sincere.)But I felt utterly nothing. Her set felt more like a well-executed computer program.

Yes, I can tell any grandkids I might have that I saw Madonna live. But I’d rather tell them how good Damian Marley was (who I URGE you to see live): a performer who really wanted to entertain the crowd

  16. This whole pre sale thing is A HOT MESS. Wasn't Madonna's partnership with Live Nation supposed to benefit her loyal fanclub members?

It appears that loyal fans who have supported Madonna are being royal fucked over. Its disgusting and greedy. Why has nobody from TEAM MADONNA

commented on the pre sale fuck up? Honestly does anyone from her camp really care about her fans? I usually defend Madonna to the hilt but not this

time. The Icon presale fuck up and the fact that she has joined forces with ticket re selling companies is quite fankly making my stomach churn.

YUP,,she sureeee does take care of her fans,,,she sure does,,yes sir reee,,Great Prices,The BEST seats for her royal loyal dearest, and i just LOVED the way she thanked her fans in her new cd booklet,,i thought it was quite clever! she SURE IS A CLASS ACT!

  17. LOL, obviously you dont like her ANY of her tours, she always focus in the most recent album heavily. ALWAYS.

Oh, and that "she wouldnt be here if it wasnt for the 80's hits" its soooo tired, yes, those songs are good, but we have heard them over and over , let her sing her new stuff, which probably she wont sing ever again after the tour is done.

OK,,before i post this,I AM A HUGE MADONNA FAN,,HAVE BEEN SINCE 1986,when i was a wee little one,i was also warned to "tone it down " a little bit,the point is,she has MANY songs she can do,BUT seems to refuse ,she comes across as thinking she is better than the older songs she has done,we have not gotten "borderline, angel, dress you up,open your heart, true blue, who's that girl, cherish, keep it together, rain, bad girl,i'll remeber, take a bow, bedtime story, power of goodbye, dont cry for me argentina(miami mix),gambler, this used to be my playground, you must love me,etc,,ALL much worthy songs in comparisson to the songs she does do a la paradise not for me,drowned world(again) la isla bonita AGAIN music(again) she is obviously talented enough to "rework" these songs,, if shes capable of showing us a reworked "hung up",she is more THAN CAPABLE of showing us reworked versions of songs PEOPLE WANT TO HEAR AND KNOW,,it seems she has to many people kissing her A$$ and agree'ing with her rather than telling her what her public and fans WANT!

  18. To use a term our dear M-DoLLa may use these days YOU are WHACK!

What the fuck do you want her to do? Sing the Immaculate Collection everytime she tours?? Go fucking spin her first 4 albums and dance around and lipsynch in a blonde ponytail in front of your mirror or something....for fuck sake. :dramatic:

Obviously you were one of the UNLUCKY ones who didn't get to attend her last 2 tours or you would know that between those two tours she has sang a good number of her 80's classics:

    1. Vogue

    2. Express Yourself

    3. Burning Up

    4. Material Girl

    5. Like A Prayer

    6. Into The Groove

    7. Crazy For You

    8. Papa Don't Preach

    9. Like A Virgin

    10. Live To Tell

    11. La Isla Bonita

    12. Lucky Star

All within the past 4 years you damn fool so fuck off.

!!!! not that we need a greatest hits tour, but the fact she has over 40 top 40 hits,,she needs to learn how to "mix up" her set list and have a goodtime with BOTH her old and NEW songs!

uMMMMMM what part of this DONT U UNDERSTAND?????
