That could be considered by China as a first strike of the US against North Korea and in that case China would not be neutral as it said already that would prevent any first strike of the US. well here i thought it sounded good that they would stay out of it. but there are always loop holes in war.

i'm not sure if it's official or just editorial from china stating that china would not stand up for NK if NK attacked first but if the US attacks first they will stand up for NK

its not about paying for their surgeries it is about being able to hate them. and to show so publicly. the money thing just appeals to people who voted for trump but say they do not fully stand by what he does. also gets the party to say 'look over here!'
