Thats not true in Madonnanation, this forum is famous for letting fans tear madonna appart (including Mods) and still being a fan, you cannot do that in other forums. thats why i like it in here

When I saw MDNA we didnt get the motel, holiday, spanish lesson dont cry for me or love spent, but I hadnt got a clue.I also had the tellytubbies stage. I didnt look on youtube before and didnt know any difference I thought everything was perfect! If people want to see Madonna live, they get it! They shouldnt watch it before then complain.

But that's exactly the point. Madonna is above and beyond the third-rate live performers that are Gaga, Janet, Mariah etc. etc. - and that is why it has been shocking and disappointing to the fans that this happened in Chile. Because it was entirely unprecedented. She was ill - we understand that. That is why in my opinion (and many other fans) she should have cancelled and given a refund to fans. The fact that was ill to perform a half-hearted show (and be awful to people in soundcheck) so she can collect a full paycheck is a little bit callous.

the difference with those singers is that they cut the show for no apparent reason. I dont agree with Madonna cutting the show , i also think she should have cancelled, but lets not pretend she just did a half assed show because she is lazy, unprofessional and doesnt give a shit. I'm still amazed how people keep forgeting all the circumstances around this show

for every apologist there will be another devils advocate. thats the beauty of madonnas fanbase, not everyone lick her ass....i do believe that its unfair to say that those who defend/attack her will always do no matter what, (like saying if she shit on s we will find a reason) .it may seem like that but peoples position towards madonna change on the context...for example i would be pissed for her cutting the show but not for her bitchniness

I presume that 49,300 of the audience felt they got their money's worth. Another case of the media & social networks blowing it out of proportion. Most of those twits were not even from M fans but Lady Bullshit fans pretending to have been at the show. They are just like their lying, vile leader.
the 2 or 3 reports i read claimed there was 40,000 people, 1 said 36,000..who knows...was it full?

am I the only person that loves Guy, he takes a lotta shit....I could so see him telling Madonna that people are upset over the Santiago show and her telling him to give em pizza hahahah
I love him too! people blame him for EVERYTHING, if anything, we should thank him for this tour, the superbowl, etc.
We all know the promotion was crappy because Madonna reluctance to do any promo, so Guy had to make the best of it with the limited Madona time..that resulted in the ridiculous non-traditional promo LOL..but still i dont think it was completely his fault...

The demand of GT tickets is higher in SA because i truly believe Madona has more loons there that know about it..in Quebec City nobody knew about them, and i didnt see that many people flooding guy's tweeter with requests

I felt so bad for he fans until I saw he videos of them cahaning 'old bitch' (vieja culia) 'bitch' (maraca), and yes the monsters were not lying thy did chant Gaga.
Now I say fuck them! That's not LOVE. How many people there were her fans? I noticed how the people at the pit laughed at her when her umbrella got messed up. These are the same cunts that smoked in her face.
i havent found those "gaga chanting" videos, the one doing the rounds on tweeter, the people are booing and pissed but they are NOT certainly saying Gaga, but "Cagá"

Probably is a case of boo-boo in most cases. Like with "Ray of Light," the instances she sang during the cool-down section, "She's got herself a little piece of heaven, waiting for the time when earth shall be as one" rather than "She's got a universe, gone quickly, for the call of thunder, threatens everyone." Stuff like that shows- gasp- she is a human being, after all. :)/>
That one semed intentional (in Live Aid) look at how she makes the sign of "Number 1" with her finger..

I see she did with DCFMA like she did with "Holiday," repeating lyrics from an earlier part of the song in place of the actual lyrics- "but nothing impressed me at all... at sixes and sevens with you."
I imagine at times she may do such things consciously, and at other times, she makes boo-boos.you can tell she forgot the lyrics

Madonna cheating the public again? An investigation should be launched by the Better Business Bureau for her fraudulent practices on this tour. She is a mean bully to her own fans who overpay for a falsely advertised show. They all deserve full refunds and she should be fined.

thats awful... i think people would understand more if she at least would have started earlier but waiting for hours in the rain for 1 hour show is disrespectful...if she was sick, she should have postponed it or cancel it altogether since yesterday and avoid people this terrible time

There is also the case when they decide to release tickets last minute and these are not sold cause people dont even know. I saw Confessions in Prague, her second show was sold in minutes then decided to release tickets the same day of the show and they were not sold so as a result it was the only non sell out show of the entire tour!

A similar thing happened when Madonna chose to continue the DWT after the 9/11 attacks. Madonnas mentality was "the show must go on." Liz Rosenseberg and Niki Harris did not agree. Rosenseberg quit as her publicist for a bit but later came back on board. Although M finished the DWT, she changed the Mer Girl performance, she didn't shoot the "bad guy" at the end. Instead she puts the gun down, walks towards him and embraces him. Will she change.anything tonite?
