  1. The Official UK Singles Chart : 28.10.2007

6 (3) Britney Spears -Gimme More :lmao: (this week was released in physical form...)

    Its sales increased :o

UK Sales Info from Music Week:

Singles by Britney Spears, Timbaland Presents One Republic and Freemasons all increased sales by more than 50% last week without benefiting from improved chart positions. Spears’ Gimme More dives 3-6 despite an 82.5% increase in sales to 32,901, while Timbaland’s Apologize slips 6-7 despite improving sales 67% to 23,689. Freemasons’ Uninvited at least holds its own, remaining at number eight, with sales up an impressive 83.2% at 23,013. Gimme More and Uninvited were released physically last week, but Apologize was still only available digitally.

  2. I said it probably would leap into the top 10. Pay attention, mofo. :D

I know you know it doll, but you don't want it :D And you discredit Britney with your airplay blah blah, we know Britney is the biggest airplay flop ever :dramatic: But the sales make it up for her :p

  3. Just checked Mediabase and airplay for "Gimme More"' has steadily increased over the past four weeks:

    17.638

    21.358

    24.627

    27.973

Considering the song is already #1 on iTunes and the video hasn't even been released yet, I think it's safe to say the song is a hit and will only get bigger as the album release date approaches.

Yes. But don't tell that to the deluded haters :gross:

  4. well, Britney isn't so bad per se, just that she doesn't really deserve to be among the biggest female sellers either. Her work isn't that much more special than what all the dime a dozen dance divas crank out, the only difference is that she had more money behind her

    :manson:

Just for amusement purposes, tell me, WHO deserves to be among the biggest female sellers? :lmao: Beyoncé?

  5. The beat Goes On getting airplay, in ohio.

WNCI is debuting "The Beat Goes On" by MADONNA ft Pharrel NOW!!!!

    After air play:

    From: D-Fed

    Date: Sep 12, 2007 8:33 PM

They just played it!!! It was amazing! I did not cheat and it was the 1st time I heard it. The DJ said nothing but good things about it.

    He said

"Get used to hearin that one because it's gonna be huge"

 For you hearing in on the radio.

    :| About DJ's comment :lmao::lmao::rolleyes:AS IF.

  6. Yes, my local radio station did the same sort of thing when it came out, instead of "hit or miss" it was "Q it or Screw it". The majority said "screw it". I'm sure a month later when it was all over MTV and radio they were dancing their asses off to it like everybody else. It seems like Madonna has been a guilty pleasure of sorts since the Erotica backlash (maybe even before that). Nobody wants to admit they like her, yet somebody besides us diehards have kept her on top for 25 years.

But Music is indeed better than this, the Hey Mr. DJ part is LEGENDARY, there's nothing that iconic on TBGO.

  7. I'm sorry but Merry Christmas at 8 million outside of the US!?

#1's 11 million outside of America!!??

Rainbow at 6 million Internationally?? LOL.

And LMAO at Glitter being at 3.5 million world wide. Virgin confirmed they shipped 2.5 million world wide in an official press release.

And 4 million for Charmbracelet is pushing it, no?

I fail to see how this woman has sold more than 130 million albums world wide.

Constipation's promo sticker says this: Mariah Carey la artista femenina de todos los tiempos, ha vendido mas de 160 millones de copias a nivel mundial, lanza su nuevo album

That's in the cover of Mexican version, and this is in english: Mariah Carey the most successful female artist of all time, she has sold more than 160 million copies worldwide, releases her brand new album

Yeah, that's what they said :wow:
