When UK radio (esp. the big channels) drops a track, it really drops it- "Jump" plunged right out of the top 50 airplay (from No. 24 the prior week).

"Beautiful Day" peaked in the 20s, I think- that was when physical singles faded into oblivion, and airplay rankings were nearly interchangeable with Hot 100 ranks.
When you see some acts ith #1s and realize that Bruce Springsteen and James Brown have ZERO, and Aretha Franklin has 2, etc. it puts things in grand perspective.
While Mimi's a whole lot better than Westlife, she would be the USA's Westlife in terms of the list of acts with the most #1s and sticking out like a sore thumb.

Did "Jump" miss the French top 100? Or, was it not yet released? The former would be hard to believe!
Also- when will its German position be known? I imagine #19 will remain its Eurochart peak, given second-week drops in the territoris it already was released...

It has little digital sales worldwide, so it's not yet going to be top 20- next week, top 20 most likely...

RE 20 years ago- Media Traffic didn't even exist, so that may be a little estimated.
