The listeners beg to disagree. It is still the song that gets the most streams daily on spotify. Madonna hashtagged waitingforanitta and it trended in Brazil for hours. They are still all over her comments on IG. I think FazGostoso can only help MadameX. Also they are playing it in clubs all over South America.

Yes I am mad as well that she is number two to Bruce in a too many places but I am over it. I am celebrating the number ones and wish she would drop the God Control video now. Even Stephen Klein is tired of waiting. I swear her team are clueless half the time.

Whatever number post it is, it is an ignorant one. You have no proof of fans buying multiple copies other than we said so here and if you think people didn't buy multiple copies of Springsteen's album then you are not "woke." Also, there is ZERO wrong with bundles. Take that disgruntled energy to streaming. Billie whats her face sold 4000 odd copies but stays in the top 10 because streaming. Why anyone would be pressed that fans of an artist took up the option to buy their latest album having paid a fortune for their tour tickets is beyond me. How that diminishes whatever chart position that artist gets is beyond me. So yeah, this could be your 100th or 5000th post, it still is an ignorant one.
Very happy Madonna got her number one. Beyhive celebrated with fake tidal streams. Mariah fans celebrated with years of payola. Rihanna fans celebrated with Samsung paying for downloads before the album and forcing it on their customers before the album was even released when in reality it had sold a mere 460 copies in its first two days.
So please exit stage left if you are daring to suggest that somehow MadameX getting to number one because a few thousand people redeemed their albums is nothing to celebrate. It is a lot to celebrate as opposed to those who get there mostly via streaming.

I am going to stop mocking people for being conspiracy theorist because I swear Springsteen being number one everywhere but America and Canada is some sort of joke and a conspiracy. It is the only way it makes sense to me. Since when did the world start listening to country music enmasse?

Also, Madonna is no stranger to number two albums. The fact that at 60 getting a number two album for her is seen as something for haters to celerate over is proof that her benchmark is unlike any other.

I watched it live and was tweeting. I did not really see hate. There will always be some trolls but this was nowhere near the Graham Norton and Eurovision. This was a standard Madonna day. The usual trolls about her age. But it was mostly commentary on the dancing and good natured teasing about her outfit. Dd not really see anything terrible.
Yeah even from the first day she Instagrammed the numbber 1 in countries, I wished she hadn't.

She drank through the whole thing. LOL. I love that. I love how she loves Rose champagne because that is my fave as well. But can we prepare for the NYpost headline of how she is drinking away the fact that Bruce beat her to number one in the UK and she is now an old drunk lush because despite the facts they claim the tour is sluggish in sales, that same sluggish tour is going to be the reason they say she is number one in the US. They contradict themselves so often in their efforts to bash Madonna it is ridiculous.

The Brazilians definitely deserve a Madonna visit. They have been brilliant this era. All of South America. She must go with Maluma and sing Medellin IN Medellin.
