Madonna, if you read this and have decided to change/reinvent your image this time, please change your hairstyle or color.
-
If we fans want a critically or commercially successful album this time, don’t rush her. She and her team need time to come up to an amazingly unprecedented strategy which would consume a lot of time.

I'd pick the awards option. Looking back on her legacy in years to come, it would be a huge achievement to have a critically acclaimed album after 14 years worth of (debatable) misfires. Rather than the last few albums of her career all being somewhat underwhelming to non-fans.
I actually think her only chance at big commercial success is with a 'critical acclaim' type album. Typical commercial music by Madonna in 2019 will not sell.
I have a feeling that Magic will be that album
I agree

Serious question. If you have to choose between commercial success or multiple Grammys awards, which one would you choose, cannot be both. I’d prefer this album be the best of her career and win at least 5 major Grammys awards.

From what I’ve heard from a very reliable source, Madonna actually sings on the album, not a robot this time.
-
She very likely samples this Bee Gees song: the hook and the chorus are everything

Frozen and Express Yourself videos are magnificent.

I'm here for a full choreography music video. Just her dancing to the song
Please no. I’d rather see Madonna with a troop of dancers surrounding and coming in/on her. It’s all about styled and unique choreography. No twerks please

She did hastag #rehearsal so I hope it’s a hint. Madonna seems very determined, confident and inspired this time. The new album and the new era will be AMAZING, y’all.

The fall did nothing for Madonna herself. It was such a nasty thing for her to go through. She did not just trip or fall, she was pulled down by her cape. Falling like that is humiliating ( although it should not be ) However, when people fall, they feel embarrassed. Just part of the emotions being felt when falling so heavily.
What it did do though, was show the entire world what an incredible professional she is. She would of been in pain, in shock and she got back up like the professional and star she is and carried on. As we say so often - Madonna is not a victim player and is professional, a perfectionist and from the old school of performers who go by the motto " the Show must go on" And she did. Greatest performer around and so under appreciated by too many.
I don’t think Madonna was embarrassed by the fall. Not one bit. She might have been angry/pissed but continued to go on with the performance. It proved that she was a true PRO, a master, a fighter and that she sang LIVE and was in excellent shape.
I was was so proud of her

Once upon a time, when Madonna was popular and at her peak, everyone wanted to be associated with her, to work/collaborate with her, wanted her to make appearance on their magazines, TV shows, fashion shows, and every radio stations wanted to play her songs non stops.

something will be done to try and help the single but what i don't know i mean shes 60 so there is not a chance in hell that radio will play her song no matter how good it is
No, they won’t play her songs regardless. She’s been considered a dinosaur and that’s really sad. Her PR team should come up with plans to target other platforms instead.

We will have to wait and be patient. She will come out with a Big Bang.

Great idea! We haven't covered this topic in some time! Here is what I think:
- I think M's first single must drop with the video at the same time to surprise us all... with a big streaming push on all platforms. She needs to keep all the focus on that one song/video (and maybe a second), but don't release anything else from the album for a couple of months.
- She needs to do Live streaming's on Instagram. While shooting videos, chatting with her kids, prepping for live appearances on talk shows, whatever... she needs to be live as much as she can stand, creating buzz!! and saying controversial things. If the musing is great, controversy only helps. Look at Kanye West and at M's previous famous promo campaigns over the decades.
-
Some live performances - are a must. First must be on the same day as the song release.
-
Jimmy Fallon (New York) show - a live performance is a must! She can talk about her butt too
-
Stephen Colbert is a second great late-night talk shows option in New York
-
SNL makes sense only when she has two songs out (two songs must be performed live between comedy sketches), but M needs to do it prior to the summer hiatus that starts in late April. It is a big deal here in US to do SNL.
-
Ellen DeGeneres day time show is a must - live performance and fun chat... for the stay home moms (LA show).
-
James Corden and Jimmy Kimmel are two other great late-night talk shows in Los Angeles that are great options (both famous for great live performances!). She will be after all hosting her own Oscar after party on Feb 24th, so it can take place around that time.
-
- She needs to do radio interviews in the big four markets - LA, NY, etc. These days are video taped and are released on YouTube (no longer can she do them from her bad on the phone). She is the only one that can get herself back on the radio if she wants it bad enough.
- In terms of awards, I think M needs to be at the Grammy Awards and Brit Awards.
- She MUST do Coachella Festival both her buddy Diplo and Ariana G are performing. She can be part of both or one of their sets.
I'll stop here.
