That's exactly how I took it ... I'm going to be really open here right now and say that I am a recovering gambler... and that line hit me HARD because the last 2 years my recovery with gambling has been hard...and one of the BIGGEST things that always used to hit me the day after a gambling binge was "why did I have to gamble? Why was I trying to win some extra money when I already had some?" It was like I was trying to win an extra few bucks when I didn't need it, I was trying to find something I already had but I was too oblivious to realize it so when I heard that line I was like WOW that's exactly what I used to feel. I'd fall into this crazy obsessive state and be like "wtf, I didn't need to do that, I was fine, comfortable," etc. but fell into self-destructive behavior.
Sorry maybe TMI but I like being open and the fact that one single line from her can make me think this hard still amazes me... especially when it hits home as always with her. -

In my opinion, I think every title she posted in the previous post has to do with each song on the album (cha cha instructor, saint, prostitute, etc). sorry if someone already mentioned this idea before!
So probably a 12-track album... cha cha instructor.. maybe the latin influenced song.. just my observation, who knows !! bring it on

OMG STOP..the last few weeks I've been getting into the Marvel Universe and superheroes/ secret agents, and if this album is called MADAME X, like WOW, ONCE AGAIN MADONNA WILL BE RELEASING AN ALBUM THAT GOES PARALLEL WITH WHAT I'M LIVING WITH IN MY LIFE AND CURRENTLY OBSESSED WITH!!!! Never fails since American Life!!!

Instead of people going against this, they should be happy that there will be an audience of Jews + Muslims coming together because of music and not caring about differences... of course those people who want to keep these groups separate will try to say/do otherwise.
The ego is strong- but the Queen is stronger- can't wait for this performance !!!!

I think it means something for May 10th - or maybe it's not even a countdown at all, but something related to album title...if it was a countdown, the X would not be an X anymore from the day she posted it...

I might be late to this, OR may be totally off base but.... she posted the pic of slicing an apple...and then the emoji of an apple... And Apple is supposed to be revealing a subscrition/TV service on Monday, March 25th, do you think maybe she's doing something with that, premiering her video on that service in the upcoming weeks?? I know when Madonna first let all her music go on iTunes, she was a big part of Apples keynote event and she was conferenced in about it during the event! maybe I'm desperate lol..

OMG same here! I've been a fan since I was 5 (I'm 34), and come on here to read and get "lost" in Madonna world and smile and laugh at most of the posts (in a good way) and just celebrate Madonna. I am happy there is a forum like this ... I've been going through some things these last few weeks so I am very thankful this forum exists!!! And some of you members are just so entertaining I LOVE IT !!!!!
