Yes good advice above ,
im trying not to let the lack of radio support etc get in my way of enjoying her music but like post above I love the song and if given a wider platform I think general public would warm to it too. Major grower song and they usually stick around . Anyway , thanks for above re streaming , YouTube rules etc . I’ll try not to be so obsessed with wanting her to have a hit

Ok I take your point but Girl Gone Wild and Ghostown say hi . I’m 43 so I’m old school ( and old!) and not really seeing the benefit in her releasing songs week after week .
I’m still half glass full with Medellin so maybe I’m biased in its hope for success

I don't think another single will freeze Medlin out, lots of artists have 2 some even 3 songs out quickly some are even in the charts at the same time.
Its much better to give the public more of an insight into the album before it drops to boost its profile and eventual sales, especially if she's going to tour with this album.
I agree with the idea but Madonna is not Ariana grande where 27 singles chart at once . Imo if she releases multiple songs in the next 3 weeks it will just be another Rebel heart like when she rush released half the album due to leaks .
I think she should stick to her amazing marketing so far with this but I’ll stand corrected if multiple songs are released within the fortnight . Just makes me think why should she bother at all with next weeks big mtv plans etc for Medellin if that’s the case ?!

Medellin is the song people , it’s up to you to support it or not . I’m guessing 2nd single will come around album launch or week after. Either that or she’s gonna drop all this mtv interview , video premiere for Medellin and do it for another song ???? Nah the 2nd single is coming with the album or after . Way too much invested in Medellin for that to happen

Praying for Medellin to be Eurovision song . They’re not going to go through all this again within 3 weeks for another single . The song is out 1 day , it’s doing ok . Let’s see how it goes . 3 million views to a song out 30 hours with no video and decent streaming isn’t bad going .

Ok so why are worrying about iTunes . If Marian Carey’s last lead was No.1 worldwide and 2 in USA , I believe when numbers came out this sold 4 copies or something so obviously everything comes from Spotify and YouTube yes ??

I’m really hoping there isn’t a second single before Eurovision. I’m absolutely addicted to Medellin . I love it . It’s her best lead single since Hung up for sure . It sh**s on 4minutes, gmayl and LFL.
By the way to all the “fans” on some sites saying she should call this a buzz single and a flop correct me if I’m wrong but hitting nearly 3M YouTube views WITHOUT a video isn’t too shabby . Does anyone recall was loving for love at same level after 16 hours WITH a video .
Sorry these “fans” starting to grate me now . I’m not ruining this era over them though

Ok thank you for explaining so all the fuss over the blonde picture one isn’t featured at all really . The guitar one ( which nobody has produced ) is the official cover and be the one in stores ( in countries that still sell cds)

Can someone explain ? The deluxe cd advertised everywhere has the cover of Madonna with a guitar . Does the blonde cover only exist for digital . All physicals show a different picture

Think it’s unfair to write off fans and mute their opinions simply because they disagree with them . I am like a child with excitement over this release , I adore what I’ve seen so far , the campaign, the video snippet, the single cover and all the marketing is top notch too. I don’t like the album cover , deal with it . Like I will deal with how most of you love it .
Here’s to Medellin having the best launch tomorrow and for the era to begin in earnest . Peace .

I agree with this too. Was a member of a so called fan site that all they did was complain and bitch about her , it’s like a hate site instead of a supporting one. Theyre still complaining about late starts and not getting 8.5 hours sleep after a Madonna concert .
Anyway madonnanation seems like a fairly positive forum to voice our opinions so thank you from me
