Besides changing the look of all medial sites (Facebook, YouTube, Google +, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with the pictures from the Italian Vogue look, have you noticed that the YouTube site no longer has the MDNA commercial at the top???? I think we are close to a video/single release...

There is something about the cover for Italian Vogue (the one with the heat/black and white) that reminds me of True Blue ear covers. I hope she does something like that. But, also love the yellow and green color panel she used for the rest of the Italian Vogue shot.

I really hope not. I think that would be a mistake. Radio will not take the song on without a build in demand in USA, so the talk by the time video is out two weeks later will be negative. Even Taylor Swift releases the videos at the same time as the song. Her first song did not do well at all on the radio in USA, but did amazingly well in video streaming helping with charting.
M did release the video and song at the same time for GMAYL in 2012, so she has done it in the past under the same label. Hope the label pushes her in to the new standard, two videos before the album comes out. RH leaked so the first song was out for months before the video came out, but even then the video was out two days before her first performants at the Grammys.

I hope M is planning to attend and do something with Ariana (the voice of God, live on MTV!!!) and Nicki (we should know soon is M is on the album, the track list names are still not available, but album out on August 10)?
Or to your point, maybe with AMAs in October, but that will cut it close to the album release.

I agree with you, she needs better single options (only needs two brilliant songs!!). It will all depend on the caliber of the song and video. Will the released song (not the remixes) have the musical and lyrical complexity of Hung UP, Ray of Light, Music, Hollywood for instance and be relatable by all (ages)? Then it has a shot for top 10. If the video is as impactful as "Childish Gambino - This Is America", it does not have to be played on the radio… the streaming views alone will bring it on top 10 on Billboard 100 in a weeks time. Does she have a song and video in her bag of tricks that will give us goosebumps and want us to talk about it and watch it on repeat for days?? I think the answer is YES.

me too... I hope for videos that have stories and are narrated well. She has done a lot of them in the past. Bad Girl, Papa Don't Preach for examples.
I like Steve Klein work though. He uses a lot of black, red and white colors. M's powerful "apology" poem monolog the other day is a perfect example of his stile (loved it!). Red lipstick, back sunglasses and white face. She looks great. But, am also cognizant (aware) of YouTube best practices that say - stay away for YouTube color panel (red, white, and back) so you can stand out.
I am afraid that M is thinking again about dark almost back and white (depressing) sets as in Living for Love. Biggest complain I hear about my young friend that are M lovers. Most of her recent videos use dark panel colors, which has a depressing feel to it and really cuts repeat viewership. I hope she keeps the pastel colors she used for BIM (lots of pinks and greens and yellow variety). It does helps when you watch a video that visually brightens your day.
Alfredo Flores would be great for a video (but, I am sure he is expensive). He has done amazing videos in the last 10 years for lots of artists. And sounds as he likes her.

I recall that BIM had lots of versions. Diplo talked about it several times. I do love what Sophie did with the final version. But, the final version feels like something is missing. It is an in your face powerful version focused on the lyrics, but no longer has enough repetition to work as a dancing banger track for me. But, still my favorite song on the album for its cool, edgy sound.
Hope M has Sophie involved on the new album on a couple of tracks.

You might be right. I hope it is all true! I would love some duets with ladies (some empowering songs)!!! So far rumors have Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B and now Ariana Grade (love her!)!!!! Assuming Migos and Drake will join the producers list along with Mirwais, Starrah, Billboard, and Diplo.
Hope Katy Perry and Lady Gaga make an appearance as well.
Both Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga are recording at this time as well. Would love to hear M being featured on their albums as well. :)
