Love the lyrics and video concept (what a smart move for her!). That being said, the music is not a stand out on the track. It does not drive me to listen to it on repeat, which is what you want from a first single.
M needs a first single with a video concept/MUSIC/and lyrics at the level of Hung up... If Madonna is going the political route for first single, which I think it would be a smart move, she needs a Childish Gambino/This Is America song concept... impactful in every way (music, lyrics, and of course video). That song made the top charts in USA with not much radio play based on the straight of YouTube views.

Me too!! I am with you. Let Madonna be Madonna!! I welcome all her collaborations. She has exposed me to artists/producers I would have fevered followed without her influence. My gut feeling is telling me that this album will be full of collaborations.
