I bet that she will appear alongside Sabrina and announce that the MV will premiere this week.

It's such a beautiful to still have a new era of Madonna, 40+ years into her career. We're about to get the album we've been dreaming of for decades. It's a miracle, really.

Just another song, it seems. The Warner press release just mentioned the song, but never said that it was the lead single. However, Rolling Stone called it like that, which kinda confused people (hence the reason why they edited it).

I don't know when was the last time I saw Madonna SO MUCH in the media?! For me, personally, on my own personal feed and news, my experience, just for me (I have to put it that way because someone will say “iT's NoT lIkE tHaT fOr Me”), it's showing even more than the Grammys' appearance. This is magical!

Considering the amount of coverage this is getting, I trust Warner with the process. Now, regarding the metadata found on M's website, maybe we’ll get a clock there with a countdown to the performance?

Yesss I was thinking “they need to take advantage of this momentum and release the song now!”. But then stopped to think “…and then what?” The build up of this week can have it's cherry on the top with the Coachella performance and the snippet. And then have a full other week to tease the song (and possibly even the MV) premiere. And if it coincides with Sabrina's tour announcement, it's a win/win for everyone!

I think that, if the collab is the lead, I'm sure there will be a lot of chances since it will be tied to Sabrina and she's the IT girl right now. They could even perform it again (and in full) at her tour, or SNL, or at the VMAs, or during a medley in the Grammys… the chances are out there, everyone wants to have her.

They could perform a snippet of the song tomorrow to create hype (and chaos) and release it next friday along with the MV. Sabrina is about to announce a stadium tour next week iirc, so the song could get her some extra attention too. If so, it could be very well executed and beneficial for both.

Matthew must be very confident to say this: And yeah, what I'm noticing is a pattern of people-with-connections being careful about calling this the lead single. Maybe our theories about a similar MV rollout to MX could be true.

Sabrina seems to me the most interesting and intelligent popstar of her generation because she really likes to push buttons on people and is actually funny. There's a level of irony in her work that reminds me of some of my favorite artists, making fun of people by making them think that she's too soft and bland, and then exposing them. Idk but even tho I'm not the biggest fan, I can't help but like her.

I took that “everything is ready” as “everything is ready to start working on de rollout”: confirmation of MV director(s), marketing team, magazines, interviews, deals with brands to premiere the new music, and all that stuff. It takes a long time to secure those spots so I guess that Warner and camp M must have been working to make that happen.
