Agree. Id rate it above several of her first singles. Ariana grande even sang the song one time in a video. So its not 100% hated lol

Its 100% different. This is for PRIDE. The gayest place on earth where they just want to dance. Hung Up would fit perfectly on the setlist. Also she always sings a classic at these festival type performances so why is it so funny to want Hung Up? Its one of her biggest hits and going by youtube it would be her biggest.
Ill admit she seems to dislike it and most of Confessions so its a long shot.

For once, the press is covering this positively, and I wouldn't expect otherwise, being it such an important topic. People, EW, HuffPost, CNN are all sharing M's message for change so please just ignore the tabloids.

Fingers crossed God Control gets some exposure - and not just Radio 2. Unfortunately it's only over 50's that listen to that station.
The album is 14 in the midweeks for the UK so if its out of the top 50 on itunes that should tell you Itunes is irrelevant.

Because it's obvious the GP aren't running out to buy Madame X. It's not an insult or anything it's just the state of her career at the moment which happens to every legacy act. Which is why I don't think a controversial video will affect her badly

Whats so surprising to me is that Bruce had almost as much. They have tried with Madonna. Getting her on playlists and Spotifys twitter. Its worked internationally but the US refuses to streams her.

Number 2 is disappointing but we can hold on to the fact that she still sold the most for a number 2 album this year in the first week. Hopefully being album of the week on BBC2 will cushion some of the fall.
