Rolling Stone is quite misoginist. In their list of the best 500 albums there are very few women. Dont expect them to say anything too positive about a female.

There are many male singers whose vocals are terrible, but nobody complains because they understand these artists possess other talents. Take Eric Clapton, for example. Terrible singer but a great guitar player.
So the same should apply to Madonna. She is a great performer. This performance was visually beautiful, costumes and dancing were great, there was only a few notes out if tune, but that is the only thing that matters to some.
You cant have everything. Many people are good singers but they just cant entertain people as Madonna does.

I think most people can understand that you cant Sing well all the time, so that bad press is bullshit. People dont buy albums or go to concerts because the singer is good, but because they like his or her songs.

The thing is that she has to do everything perfectly in order not to be criticisized. She is a human being, sometimes she is brilliant and other times she is not. Many performers, like Bob Dylan, sing out of tune, but since they are men, nobody asks them to retire.

Unfortunately, nobody buys albums nowadays. What the number ones of today earn is misery to Madonna.

It feels like that Guy doesnt like Madonna at all, there is no chemistry between them.

That's it. I'd like to see how these guys are, or how they will be when they are 60. Probably not very attractive. But these are the standards they use to judge themselves and the others. Looks are all that matters. I suggest they follow younger artists, then.
