It is important to recognize what’s going on in this election. Everybody who’s ever been in an election that I’m aware of is quite bewildered because there is a strain of, on the one hand, the kind of populist, nationalist, xenophobic, discriminatory kind of approach that we hear too much of from the Republican candidates. And on the other side, there’s just a deep desire to believe that we can have free college, free healthcare, that what we’ve done hasn’t gone far enough, and that we just need to, you know, go as far as, you know, Scandinavia, whatever that means, and half the people don’t know what that means, but it’s something that they deeply feel. So as a friend of mine said the other day, I am occupying from the center-left to the center-right. And I don’t have much company there. Because it is difficult when you’re running to be president, and you understand how hard the job is — I don’t want to overpromise. I don’t want to tell people things that I know we cannot do.

Some are new to politics completely. They’re children of the Great Recession. And they are living in their parents’ basement. They feel they got their education and the jobs that are available to them are not at all what they envisioned for themselves. And they don’t see much of a future. I met with a group of young black millennials today and you know one of the young women said, “You know, none of us feel that we have the job that we should have gotten out of college. And we don’t believe the job market is going to give us much of a chance.” So that is a mindset that is really affecting their politics. And so if you’re feeling like you’re consigned to, you know, being a barista, or you know, some other job that doesn’t pay a lot, and doesn’t have some other ladder of opportunity attached to it, then the idea that maybe, just maybe, you could be part of a political revolution is pretty appealing. So I think we should all be really understanding of that and should try to do the best we can not to be, you know, a wet blanket on idealism. We want people to be idealistic. We want them to set big goals. But to take what we can achieve now and try to present them as bigger goals.

She is being very pragmatic here.

Already trending all over Twitter and of course all his automated Russian 'deplorable' named 'supporters/fans' are infesting it w/ their shit talk against Hillary Lol. For real...MOST of his supporters on there reek from bogus accounts etc..A LOT of them show faces of 'minorities'. Aint buying it! Lol

Trumpbots dominate social media. A lot of the hashtags have been proven to originate in Russia.

If you actually take a look at the people he's registered to vote, it's not very impressive. This is why I don't worry about the "support" he gets on social media.

  3. I voted for Bernie in the primaries, but the ass hurt Bernie-or-bust supporters almost annoy me more than Trump idiots. These same people will be the first to complain when Trump wins and the country goes to shit. They'll probably start some stupid hashtag and think they're doing their part.

This election is so emotional, lol.

Some may laugh and discount it but that Drudge poll was basically on point every single time in the primaries against *16/17 people at one time!  Not just Drudge but endless other online polls- not even close. For the umpteenth time, unless this shit has been rigged and already done for god knows how long, every vibe/aura in the air is for him like Obama in 2008.,.maybe more! :/

Relax. Online polls mean absolutely nothing. They are brigaded by Trump supporters on reddit.

  5. Clinton: If your main claim to be president is your business... your campaign manager said you built businesses on the backs of little guys. I've met a lot of people stiffed by your businesses. Dishwashers, architects, marble installers, drapery installers like my dad. Who you refuse to pay when they finished work you asked them to do. We have an architect here who designed one of your clubhouses, it's a beautiful facility. And you wouldn't pay what the man needed to be paid.

Trump: "Maybe he didn't do a good job and I was unsatisfied with his work."

    What is he thinking????

Watching MeSsNBC, they're talking about the polls and it looks like the younger voters are going for the 3rd party candidates, bleeding votes from Hillary. If she ends up losing cuz of this, Millennials will be more hated than Trump voters.

I think the bigger problem is millennials deciding not to vote at all.

Did you guys hear that Jill Stein got escorted out of the debate venue? She was trying to sneak in :dead:

  7. There's huge pressure on both of them. I'm very interested to see what will happen.

Hillary has been in tons of debates, she's also been through insane interrogations and is pretty much an encyclopedia when it comes to policy. I think her challenge will be appealing to voters on a personal level. She also can't stoop to his level if he insults her. He's better at it than her.

Trump has been in one debate during the primaries and that was a total shitshow. Completely different from this. There will be no cheering, no booing, no teleprompter. Just 90 minutes where he is expected to go into detail about his plans. If you've ever heard him speak without a teleprompter, you know that he is very incoherent. He talks in circles like he has mental problems.

Trump's camp wants people to believe he didn't prep for the debate. I wouldn't be surprised if he prepped more than her. There's no way he can go in there winging this.

If he can appear even semi-competent then people will say he "won". I want him to go off the rails but it's not going to happen.

  8. She does not look medicated. Lol. She's just awkward because she's trying to be boisterous while reading off of a teleprompter and she's not very good at it.

Her speaking voice is fine. I don't know why people are so fixated on this. Trump is screaming, angry, and bitter at all of his rallies but he gets a pass? Bullshit.

Um...what ever happened to Melania and Tiffany Trump? lmao

Melania never even had the press conference about her immigration status that they promised.

Did you guys read this interview Ivanka did with Cosmo? She walks out of it because she couldn't handle what the reporter was asking her about lol
