It's so fucking nuts that a 2 minute conversation he had on an Access Hollywood bus that he probably doesn't even remember is what will be his final downfall.
Ballots are printed. People have already started to vote. Even if Pence replaces him, there just isn't enough time for them to recoup. I'm willing to bet if he gets replaced that many of the people in Trump's cult wont show up to vote.
