  1. Had an awesome time at the show. The crowd was definitely in to it, during old songs AND new. My section (103) was on our feet most of the time. I think the crowd was actually better this time around in AC than for MDNA tour.

She sounded great and seemed to be having a great time. I've never seen her so talkative during a show, and I've seen every one since Drowned World. This is actually probably my favorite tour, second only to BA.

My favorite performance was LAV. Really just like how it was her singing and dancing on the stage by herself, and the mix was perfect, a nice mixture of old and new.

Hoping to see her in AC again next time!

  2. Thanks for sharing. I like that one.

Heading out for AC in a couple of hours. The excitement is building! haha Talked to the hotel this morning and they said the roads are clear. High tide is around noon today so hopefully it stays that way!

  3. He is also known as Blood Diamonds he helped produce Body Shop and one other song on RH I forget which

Cool thanks. I checked out a few of his songs. Not really my thing but that's ok. Maybe he will play Beautiful Scars, one of my favorites.

Well, on Facebook Madonna said she was coming to AC RAIN OR SHINE!!!!!

    Great news!

  4. The storm update keeps change every 10 minutes! I can't keep up. Just please don't let it affect Saturday night!

I don't care if I have to swim from the hotel to Boardwalk Hall, as long as it's not cancelled! :rotfl:

Just heard on CNN that both models now have it heading out to sea. That of course could change in a heartbeat, but as of now we're looking good.

  5. Oh I'm definitely waiting next time and certainly won't be buying a pre sale code! Madonna got me this time! Oh well...let's forget what we paid and just have am awesome time!

I'm currently on vacation but I'm hearing talk of a hurricane this weekend that could affect AC? Please tell me they are overreacting?!

Haha, yep she got us both with the pre sale! And I agree, I know i'll forget about it as soon as i'm there!

As far as the hurricane goes, it looks like AC should just be getting a lot of rain and wind. It's forecast (as of now) to either hit the Carolinas or head out to sea. (Let's hope for the latter!)

  6. Well, everything they did has worked - it's 95% sold out now! The show will go on! I'm annoyed that some people will be sitting in the lower level at such a low price when I paid over double to sit in the 200's...but I guess that's what I get for being a hard core fan that has to have his tickets when they immediately go on sale! Oh well....hopefully some true fans got those great seats!

See you guys in Atlantic City!

I know how you feel. I paid full price for the 2nd to last row in section 103. Just found out my neighbors got tickets for about $60 each for the first row in a 2nd level section on side of stage too (she didn't know what section as her husband bought the tickets). So essentially they could be sitting 2 rows behind me for much less!

Anyhow...still looking forward to the show and glad it's selling better, but I think i'll be waiting to purchase tickets next time around! Also looking forward to staying over this time and making a full day and night of it.

  7. Nope, would be my first time. My bf lives and works in NYC, and sometimes he's required to work late nights, so MSG was out of the question. AC is a possibility, but I would need a hotel room for the night, meaning more $$$

I think I've just decided on going to the Brooklyn show, and then getting a single floor ticket for myself in either Philly or AC.

Sounds like a good plan. I'd really recommend the AC show if you can make it. The smaller venue makes such a big difference. It makes the whole show and stage just....bigger.

  8. I think I just might get tickets for this show for my bf and I instead of Brooklyn, since it's much cheaper for better quality seats. I just have a fear of the show getting canceled. I don't think That will happen, but who knows

Go for it! Have you seen a show at BH previously?

  9. I believe you were told wrong unfortunately. I'm not sure about the time frame issue, but you absolutely can do an exchange for tickets for events at this particular venue - not all venues offer this but Boardwalk Hall does. If you're hesitant than i'd just stick with what you have, and if you ready my story that I posted earlier in this thread you can see the headache that I went through, but if you bought over the phone/online it should be much easier. You can always call back and be ready to tell them exactly what section and seats you want - you can use the map on

Ticketmasters website to see what's open.

I hate the fact that good/great seats get released after the pre-sales a lot of the time, but it's the game we have to play. I know exactly how you feel. But, don't feel too bad because section 103 is a great section and you should have an awesome view. What seats were you looking to get in exchange?

Thanks, I think I am just going to stick with what I have. I was in the equivalent section for MDNA (on the other side of the arena) and had a great view. The only thing is you don't really have a straight on view of the stage. Anyhow, to answer you're question I was looking at row 21 as there seem to be a bunch of seats in that row.

I have to consider the people I'm going with too, I don't think they are too keen on floor seats.

  10. Seriously they wouldn't let you? They gave me some trouble but I finally was able to upgrade - even exchange but much better location. It was more about then not knowing how to do it at first.

Yeah I told the guy on the phone what I was looking to do, he took about a minute then came back with "the promoter has a strict no refund/exchange policy" and added "especially this close to the event". I'm sure I could have pushed the issue further, but honestly I'm was/am a little hesitant to make an exchange to begin with. It looks like i'd be back in row 21, which definitely would be better for catwalk viewing, but i'm thinking not as good for main stage viewing? Ugh, I don't know.

  11. Nope, they were regular priced seats at $360. I did an even exchange for the seats I had in row 21 on the end to these new seats so it cost no extra money. Mine were also from a Citi presale so that shouldn't be an issue either. Give Ticketmaster a call. Good luck!

Well I gave it a shot. They said it was too close to the event to do a refund/exchange. Oh well.

  12. Call them up and exchange them. I was able to do that with Ticketmaster for this show a few months back, got moved right in front of the cross Row 16.

I may have to try that. Are the seats you got VIP tickets? I'm only really willing to spend the $360, not to mention 3 other people i'm going with will never go for that much $$$.

  13. Me too.. encourage people to buy some seats! You can get third row center for $850 and a bunch of runway seats for $650 on Platinum seats. Not to mention all the great face value seats by the heart and front rows of the bowl. Bring a friend!

I'm getting a little annoyed that there are all these great seats available. I bought my tickets first day of the Citicard presale and the best I could get was the last row of section 103? I'm feeling a little ripped off. In the meantime some high roller will probably score free tickets from a casino and have better seats. >:(

  14. It looks 75% sold out right now but once the tour starts there shouldn't be any issues. I bet some of the NY and PA people will want to go again.

I live about 45 minutes from Philly and 2 hrs. from AC. It really surprises me more people from the Philly area don't drive a little further to AC for the smaller venue. It makes a huge difference in my opinion.

I'm tempted to do the same...except for the setlist as well. I don't know if I can resist though!

    Haha...you can do it!

  15. Good point! I was quite worried there for a while, but I think it was for nothing. I am beyond excited!

Yep, can't wait either. I'm going to try to remain spoiler free this time around since it's so close. Well, I won't watch any video clips anyhow. I'll probably take a look at the setlist so I know when to take a bathroom break. haha

  16. Reading through this thread, you guys were starting to worry me. Glad it seems to be filling up. This will be my 3rd show there, and I much prefer it over Philly just because of size. I have seats in section 103 this time around.
