  1. True, but...

    BIM

    HW

    SEX

These are the THREE "stupid" songs from a 24-song set. Or THREE "stupid" songs from a 19-song set. Or TWO "stupid" songs from a 14-song set.

I don't see why the focus of reviews need to be on them; much less why they should drag down an overall album score, no?

I think this is part of the point some of us have been trying to make for the past 40 pages.

Agree completely. They are such a small percentage of the album, that I don't get why the way such power to bring down scores so much.

I'm glad she did them, though. Seethe haters! Plus, whatever opinion people have on the lyrics, BIM and Holy Water have fantastic production that alone justifies their inclusion.

  2. I don't want to read it but can you check if it's in the official NME review part or if this is a contributor's blog ?

In my heart in know she made a good album so the reviews don't hurt me at all, it's not like the MDNA reviews i had to agree with without wanting to admit it.

Yeah, I have a lot of confidence in the quality of Rebel Heart. Erotica and Bedtime Stories both got some poor reviews when they were released, and now everyone pretends they've always loved them. I think Rebel Heart will be looked back on as a highlight; I just wish people could realize what they have when they have it but such is life.

  3. Why she choose a songs that it's been out since since December?

Honestly, I think people are overestimating the amount of people that have heard the song since December. The download and stream for all the tracks besides LFL and BIM are quite low. To 99% of people, Ghosttown might as well be released this week for the first time. It should make absolutely no difference.

  4. So wich songs she's going to perform?

I'd say LFL and Ghosttown are close to definite. Devil Pray is likely since she's already rehearsed it. Last two are a complete mystery, but Ellen is a family/positive show so I wouldn't expect to hear UB/BIM/Holy Water. Although lolz maybe she'll do the "clean version" of Holy Water!

I also wonder when she'll film this, presumably all in one day.

  5. I found the price range on Ticketmaster for both New York shows quite easily.

It doesn't seem to be any cheaper than the last tour. It's a shame, because as much as I want to go, I just can't afford it. To get a good seat means spending an insane amount of money. I may have to settle on a cheap seat way in the back. But I really don't know if it will be worth it. If all I'm going to do is watch a video screen, I can wait and spend much less on the DVD.

I would encourage you to go even if its a cheaper seat. Both MSG and Barclays are smaller than Yankee stadium and there really aren't awful seats. Some better than others of course, but I think still all pretty good. Plus the energy at these shows tend to be more infectious.
