Madonna's team would have to be aware that she is performing at an event, not her own concert. Eurovision makes the rules and has control over all performances and how they are distributed. She is a superstar guest and has to abibe by their conditions etc.
Probably. Most likely it's just gossip because Madonna and the ESC agreed absolute silence about her performance.

Ciao Bella may be a cover version of the recent European hit Bella Ciao. There are various versions out (choir, ballad, pop, techno, folk).
This is the most recent remixed version featured in the Spanish Netflix series Money Heist.

For a long dramatic entrance intro (Offer's Sphinx?), a new song and an extended version of Like a Prayer with space for chanting acapella with the audience she will need about 12 minutes. Starting with a short version of Medellin, continue with Future to Like a Prayer sounds obvious.

It's unbelievable that Living for Love, Give Me All Your Luvin', Girl Gone Wild and (in most countries) Ghosttown and Bitch I'm Madonna were much bigger hits than Medellin. It flopped completely.

At the ESC she has a potential audience of 200 million viewers and will do her own thing. They didn't like her first song and now they have to take the alternative. She will deliver an awesome show no one will ever forget. There's no doubt - disco stomper or not.
