    Solo lost money and it was the last release, albeit outside of the current trilogy.  Solo lost a lot of money.  Back to Madonna.

    GHV2 was uninspired (meaning no new material... no original concept) but damn... it have a killer tracklist.  Much like The Immaculate Collection, GHV2 could not hold all of the hits. A lot of surprising omissions.

    That is a terrible thing to say about children.  They are beautiful human beings and M's muse.  You need to find a stadium and have all of the seats.

    Of course there are people who don't like M songs. That doesn't means that her work is bad at all. Stop making high or low expectations based on other people's comments and wait to hear it for yourself.

    All true.  I would not wipe myself with most Cardi B or Ariana Grande songs... yet... there are people who drink it all up... every last drop.  Taste is definitely subjective.

    I love Ariana as a person.  As a musician, she is just way too squeaky and breathy for me.

Meanwhile, Israeli media unofficially reported that Madonna filmed a political advertisement which would "lead to controversy." It is unclear if this is in any relation to the controversial song choice.

    But let me point out something about AL. The album was spectacular.

    But the lead single was poorly chosen, in my opinion. So many incredible songs, and American Life to me, was the weakest track, or one of the weakest. But I'm sure I'll enjoy the album, and it's gonna be great regardless. But I'd love to see other people having a similar good experience on some level.
