  1. I sometimes really want to kill the people who implanted the "double-album" idea into the members of the forum. GET OVER IT! It will not happen!

And lmao @@pasqual exposing the facist state of MadonnaNation. :dead: I'd say it's more of an aristocracy or an oligarchy but okay... #expressyourself #dontrepressyourself #itshumannature #errarehumanumest

Says the person who told me to shut up with no actual reason (as opposed to above) and randomly called me and others here Gaga lovers, not to mention accused another member of having AIDS. Should we go on?

    He did not! :o

  2. Words is one of my all-time favourite Madonna song. Although I do not listen to it as much as I used to. The song is just pure brilliance and imo should've been a single.

The Eastern instrument, the lyrics, the typewrite and spoken part at the end...Should've been performed at the Girlie Show!!! What a shame she left out so many great tracks from Erotica on that tour. #funfact This song mashes perfectly with the instrumental of Vogue.

  3. I don't mind if she decides not to tour in 2015 in order to have four properly released singles with accompanying awesome videos and a TV performance here or there. I would prefer a tour to kick off in Australia or South America in January/February of 2016 so by the time she hits America the show will have all the extra goodies just like it did with the MDNA Tour when she added songs and little tweaks to the tracks.

That's exactly what I've been saying to Confessit! She is definitely going on tour! It's part of her contract, I think. That doesn't mean, however that she will start rehearsing immediately after the album's release and do 0 promo. In fact, I'm pretty sure she's gonna do lots and lots of promo throughout 2015. Three-four single release etc. If she starts touring in winter 2015/2016 it would be most likely that she'll visit a place that doesn't have winter during that time: Australia or South America.

I think focussing on promo and touring late will even boost the sales of the tour, especially if the album campaign proves to be successful. Can you imagine the sales of a ROL Tour in 1999? By the way she always said she wanted to tour BS and ROL. It just didn't work out with her schedule. I don't think it was bc she tried to do something different, lol.

  4. Diplo + a more organic sound, Avicii surprising us with a departure from his usual sound on some tracks, two edgy producers reworking the more sexual song, self-reflective and spiritual themed songs...

Guys, we might witness a new Ray of Light-esque peak in M's careeer. I can feel it. She's coming to snatch weaves and remind the lessers who the queen is. Rising from the ashes that is MDNA like a phoenix.

  5. Surprised that this thread hasn't already been made.

    ?:

    Beautiful Scars

    - a mid-tempo pop song about the beauty of being imperfect

    - slightly vocoded vocals

    Inside Out

    - a slow dubstep ballad with a guitar-driven chorus.

    - In the song she is apparently “trying to soften a tough guy and asking him to love her”

    Co-produced by Avicii:

    Addicted

    - “very dark and mysterious”

    - includes lots of synths, guitar and apparently a “really dirty” bassline

    - deals with being under the spell of a poisonous love and how pain can turn into an addiction

    Borrowed Time

    - Madonna asking for a revolution in order to challenge the world we live in.

    - folk/dance

    Devil Prays

    - modern but has 70ies country folk/woodstock vibe to it

    - lyrics talk about addiction

    Heartbreak City

    - features a choir

    - talks about the end of a relationship

    - dance track

    Messiah

    - MoZella is probably one of the co-writers

    - features an orchestra conducted by Abel Korzeniowski

    Rebel Heart

    Two Steps Behind

    - demo is completely acoustic with just a piano accompanying Madonna's vocals

    - directed at a copycat, who's trying to emulate M

    Wash All Over Me

    - sounds like something Stuart Price could have produced

    Co-produced by Diplo:

    Autotune Baby

    - possibly based on a sample of Major Lazer's song "Baby"

    - auto-tuned sound of a crying baby and a rattle create the base of the track

    - acoustic guitar accompanies Madonna's vocals

    - Madonna deals with her own vulnerability and explains how she needs to be taken care of…. like a baby!

    Bitch, I'm Madonna

    - a crazy track that might feature Nicki Minaj

    - “pure mindless fun dressed in elaborate trap music with silly lyrics about having a crazy pool party, getting your freak on and partying so hard that the neighbours call the cops”

    - a very catchy, fun party tune but apparently “ immature”

    Hold Tight

    - about the power of love being the only thing we need to survive the toughest challenges life throws at us.

    - RnB-influenced and trap with a musical break that features only madonna and a piano

    Living for Love

    - co-produced by Ariel Rechtshaid

    - MoZella is one of the co-writers

    - features the London Community Gospel Choir

    - club friendly and 90's influenced

    - about empowering yourself after a breakup, getting back on your feet and giving a chance to new love.

    Unapologetic Bitch

    - reggae-influenced

    - explicit and very angry

    - probably directed at Brahim

    Veni Vidi Vici

    - retrospective song featuring references to several old Madonna songs

    - verses are rapped/spoken but they keep a certain rhytm (very different to the AL rap)

    - layered with sung background vocals

Co-produced by DJ Dahi and Blood Diamonds:

    Iconic

    - co-written with Toby Gady, MoZella and S1

    S.E.X.

    Trust No Bitch

    - co-written with Natalia Kills and Martin Kierszenbaum

Co-written with Natalia Kills and Martin Kierszenbaum:

    Holy Water

    - a shameless song about enjoying the pleasures of oral sex on the receiving end

    - overtly sexual but apparently lacking of “the sexy, smooth, languorous tone”

    Score

Co-written with Toby Gady, MoZella and S1:

    Body Shop

    - a mid-tempo song with what sounds like a zither using a 5-note chord as the musical base

    - different guitar instruments, a recurring clapping sound, a piano at the end and a few synth samples.

    - very sensual, slightly electro/oriental sounding

    - “overly vocoded vocals”

    - deals with sexuality and Madonna comparing her body to a car.

    Illuminati

    - very upbeat and mostly spoken

    - acoustic meets electronic

    - lots of mentioning of other famous people

    - Madonna is mocking conspiracy theories about the illuminati

    Joan of Arc

    - a “heartwarming” ballad featuring Madonna on guitar

    - vulnerable and kind of heroic

Stole this from the other thread. I hope you don't mind :chuckle:

  6. Omg the lyrics are out?

    Any good?

Ummm yes? The parts that were posted by MRama/DM. They would definitely have to bleep out more than just the word "bitch". Of course I'd prefer to live in a world where censorship doesn't exist but I don't think that'll ever happen.

I'm sure she browses the Internet in some fashion on some kind of device.

Her kids and their friends do, plus she obviously has a team with access to social media as well. Just seems hard to believe in this day of instant news that she just found out.

    Probably on her Blackberry, lol.

  7. Can we talk about the songs you guys are expecting her to play?

    Everybody

    Physical Attraction

    Over and Over?

    Live to Tell

    Open Your Heart

    Like a Prayer

    Express Yourself

    Erotica

    Deeper and Deeper

    Secret

    Take a Bow

    Human Nature

    Nothing Really Matters

    Ray of Light

    Frozen

    Don't Tell Me

    Love Profusion

    Sorry

    Give It 2 Me

This selection is based on what we've heard from and about the album so far. I think the songs are going to be more self-reflective for this tour but who knows...

I also fear we might get to hear a weird mash-up of Diplo's Express Yourself and either Human Nature or M's Express Yourself.

  8. OMG it's been a long time since M looked good in a Versace campaign! Damn it, she's on fire and she really wants to show the lessers this time around!

I don't think Unapologetic Bitch will be the first single. The lyrics are too explicit and US radio is still way too conservative unfortunately. On the other hand it wouldn't matter anyway bc they have no interest in playing her music at all, lol. I think it's going to be Living for Love.

  9. I need Devil Prays

the description of rama is everything Ive always wanted for a M song: Madonnas vocals truly stand out in Devil Prays while the music flirts with 70ies country folk, in the most delightful way. It has a kind of Woodstock festival era feel to it

Ive always wanted to have her a festival & woodstock song, something simple and honest.

Yes! Me too! The snippet was extremely promising already. It's the one I'm probably the most excited about. :dramatic:
