  1. The titles I was most intrigued by were:

Holy Water, Body Shop, Wash All Over Me, Veni Vidi Vici, Messiah, Inside Out & The One That Got Away.

Oh and by the way there is this really catchy and beautiful song that's always playing on the radio titled, "Habits (Stay High)". I wonder why ppl don't see it as explicit and mature content:

I eat my dinner in the bathtub

Then I go to sex clubs

Watching freaky people getting it on

    ...

I get home I got the munchies

    Benge on all my twinkies

Throw up in the tub then I go to sleep

    ...

You're gone and I gotta stay high

    All the time

To keep you of my mind

Censorship is hypocrisy in my opinion. It gives words like "fuck" or "bitch" more value than they have being what they are: words. And nothing beyond that. If you keep telling your children this and that is bad and offensive and won't let them watch this or that you're making it seem more interesting and intriguing to them.

  2. None of these retailers have listed the 14 track as the "edited." It's all labelled as "standard." Look for yourself.

I see. That's weird because it was completely different with MDNA. Why would they make all the explicit tracks INCLUDING the alternate choice for the 1st single BONUS TRACKS??? How fucking stupid is that. I hope it's just mislabeling...

Madonna herself said the plan was always to make a 19-track album. So the "complete" album would be the 19-track one and the explicit songs would not be bonus tracks. Otherwise it makes no sense to me.

  3. I'm happy that the standard edition only has 14 tracks. I'm here for a cohesive body of work with the strongest tracks that I (and other critics) can officially judge on.

    Living For Love

    Devil Pray

    Unapologetic Bitch

    Illuminati

    Bitch I'm Madonna

    Hold Tight

    Best Night

    Iconic

    HeartBreakCity

    Ghosttown

    Inside Out

    Wash All Over Me

    Messiah

    Rebel Heart

    This would be fucking epic.

I'm elated about the 19 tracks, and i find a 14 track version as murder. Even though the 2 disc album idea has been scrapped, we are still getting 2 discs albums worth of songs that ARE album material. It's a shame that some won't get the full Rebel Heart experience by buying/listening to the 14 version.

The 14-track version is NOT the standard edition. It's the edited/clean version without all the explicit tracks. MDNA had an edited standard version as well which was sold at Walmart, for example. The standard edition is the 19-track version of the album. The deluxe edition is the 25-track edition. France gets an exclusive bonus track added to their standard edition.

    So we have:

Standard Edition: 19 tracks (explicit) / 14 tracks (clean)

    Deluxe Edition: 25 tracks (explicit)

FNAC Exclusive Edition: 20 tracks (explicit)

  4. She always works with the Standard edition of her albums, so RH has 14 tracks, we need to see his tracklist and then pick 9-10 songs and put another 10 oldies, I don't want her to repeat the same ones, I need:

    Material Girl

    Take a Bow

    Sooner or Later

    Everybody

    Bad Girl / Fever

    Don't tell me

    Love Profusion

    Jump

I really don't need anything from MDNA, nothing actually it was enough with the MDNATour, maybe Some Girls.

The standard doesn't have 14 tracks. That's just the clean version for pussies! :lmao:

    The standard/explicit version has 19 tracks. ;)

  5. The Super Bowl segment was rather Roman inspired, though. It was supposed to show Cleopatra's arrival in Rome.

Anyway Everybody would be the dominating song in the mashup anyway. It's the perfect follow-up to Illuminati ("The all-seeing eye is watching tonight...Everybody in this party shining like Illuminati") -> Everybody ("I've been watching you...Everbody, get up and do your thing") which leads into the iconic Hollywood rap of Vogue.

This whole first section is supposed to be a slightly ironic way of presenting the life of the high-society. The whole Egyptian theme only adds to the irony of it all.

I think the last section will be the complete opposite and will be very spiritual and emotional.

  6. Now that teh final track list have been announced I have finally listened to all rejected songs....

    is she crazy?

Borrowed time - Nothing last forever and never let you go are simply beautiful.... best songs she has ever made in a long time....two steps beyond is not bad either... the rest are rejects are a mix of nice songs and less nice ones... witha few understandibly rejected!

Yes, they are beautiful but she can't and won't make an album called "Rebel Heart" all ballad-ish songs. Two Steps Behind makes her look bitter and pressed. There's no need to give a certain someone more attention.
  7. This person is NOT reliable at all. Everytime he basically just adds something little extra to what have already been rumored. The only time he got semi-accurate was saying that only two new un-leaked tracks made the album but it turns out there's only ghosttown . And now with this theory that the "other" one is on the super deluxe version? Nah, screams fake to me.

    :/

Well...let's say he wasn't all wrong.

  8. I never compare her albums to other albums wishing they would be more like this or that. It's impossible because each and every album of hers has a completely different vibe and often covers a completely different genre.

So far this album imo is very different from what she's previously done. True, there are certain features or elements that are reminiscent of some of her previous releases but the overall vibe is completely different.

I think your overall attitude and penchant for knowing everything might be putting a few people on edge, I wouldn't call it being sensitive.

Calling people out for being liars on 2 forums (that I've seen) is another clue that you might be overdoing a bit. I'm all for good natured debate, and being right feels good when it happens, but you're setting yourself up to be called out yourself at the first sign of a mistake.

There's a right way and wrong way of doing things around here, and keeping in mind that we all have different senses of humor, you might to try a more fun approach. Post after post after post of the same thing gets boring anyway.

If you don't like me or my posts just block me. Simple as that. I for once really don't know who you are and I have no problem with you but if you don't like me I guess ignoring me would be the best thing you could do. I don't feel the need to justify anything I write on an online board, especially not if it doesn't violate any of the board's rules.

Now, if you don't mind I would prefer you leave me alone and stop quoting everything I write. Thanks.

  9. I believe this mystery has been solved already. Vande explained that this was done by intention. Vedi means "filled with wisdom".

Vedi is not latin, though and even with his explanation it would make no sense because she clearly says "Veni Vidi Vici". That is a quote by Cesar, meaning "I came, I saw, I conquered" which is what she's actually singing in the song.

  10. They used to be. The last years have just been awful. Boring performances, boring people. But I guess that happens when they nominate people that have no star quality whatsoever. No wonder people are starving for a Madonna performance.

    Where are the lies?

    Exactly

I don't know what people wants from the grammys. Performance of nobody just because they think they are more talented than some "commercial" acts.

    All about that base

    Problem

    Sing

    Dark horse

    Fancy

    And now Uptown funk

Are basically the songs that made 2014.

For me it's a great achievement, they are catchy songs and represent well the music mind in 2014. That is what I want for a show like the grammys!!

And they is always a large kind a music during the show

Last year we had performance from Beyonce, to Paul M, to Willie Nelson and Metallica. I mean...

It's not because you don't like those artist (because in your mind you are far away from that commercial culture with no flavor) that is not a good show!

You forgot one of the best song of 2014 aka. "Chandelier"! :order:
