From what i heard, the final versions are amazing. I prefer WAOM much better now. The same with the rest. I had to stop at SEX because i had to come back to work! I will listen to all of it as a whole this evening
But i can tel you guys that this is one of her best albums!
Same here, had to stop at SEX.
Can't wait to listen to the rest.
So far the standouts from the new tracks are Hold Tight, Iconic, Wash All Over Me and Inside Out, and that doesn't mean that the other songs aren't great.
-
Oh God! Inside Out is amazing! I hadn't noticed how beautiful the lyrics are in the demo but now is pure perfection. I can describe the album in 2 words: sophisticated and atmospheric.
-
I want to listen to it so bad but I gotto go to work and then I have classes in college at night, it will be a loooon day before I can properly listen to it with headphones.
-
ok, Live Nation/Interscope/Madonna Team have some serious work to do firing and/or arresting a lot of people. This was something really planned and not by Madonnna herself obviously. Im glad everyone likes the album though, just hope this leak don't damage album sales, of course we fans have already pre ordered it but Im talking about the casual fans and general public.
-
so de final versions leaked? how do we know they are not just more recent demos? who did this if the responsible of the previous leaks has been arrested?
-
I really hope LFL will shoot up after the Grammys, it deserves to be in the top of the charts worldwide...well, in US at least it should be another top 10.

To relaease Bitch I'm Madonna as 2nd single is almost like Girl Gone Wild, it may be fun but it's not representative of the best songs in the album and people will think she's just trying to remain relevant among young generations (we know she will always be relevant but there are always deniers). I still don't want to believe that Rebel Heart won't be in the standard edition, I mean, it's the title song! If it is actually true and Madonna doesn't change opinion (like she did with the final tracklist on MDNA) then the 2nd single should be Ghosttown or Heartbreak City. Devil Pray is amazing and is my favorite but I don't find it radio friendly, Unapologetic Bitch must be saved for the summer, and this one is much better than BIM in terms of lyrics and production IMO.

Though I think there are some good pop artists today I miss to hear rock and rock/pop bands in mainstream stations/chanels like Cranberries, Cardigans, Nirvana, Offspring, Garbage. Now the only band we get to hear is Maroon 5 which is not even a real band, is Adam Levine and his musicians.

I don't care about the wrinkles. She looks so fresh and beautiful when she's just natural but I hate when she uses fillers like last year grammys or the Sound of Change event.
-
She did promo for MDNA in twitter, an interview with Jimmy Fallon in Facebook, Q&A in redit and the only one that actually worked: the Superbowl.
-
These 2 weeks will feel veeeery looong.
-
Well, on march 10th I have to go to work, than at night I have to take my mba classes and somewehere in between I gotta listen to the album, probably I will do it on my launch time. I don't wanna listen to it in the office because I will not be able to concentrate, I like to listen to the albums for the first time with headphones and my eyes closed.

I hate when kids know nothing about Madonna, don't they listen to their parents music? I think that's something that doesn't happen anymore.
I'm 26 years old and I love music from the 80's because of my parents, uncles and aunts, and thanks to them I knew Madonna since I was kid and as we only had one boombox, when someone played their music the rest of the family had to listen
-
Ohhh nicely spotted!
Yeah! A good one. Now I ike it even more.
I think it's one of Madonna's best songs ever and probably among the darkest along with Swim, Gang Bang and Sanctuary.
-
I just hope she doesn't use very high heels again, that was her only flaw during the superbowl, it was hard for her to dance with them.
-
HC had no dated sound.
and this doesn't sound anything like Erotica either..
HC sounded dated, I'm not saying I don't like the album but it really sounds like other people had already done a few years before, Timbaland, Pharrel and JT had been using the same sounds since 2005 and HC. Actually Pharrel still uses it, Blurred Lines is Give it 2 Me redux.
-
Rebel Heart. It gives the name to the album, the lyrics are very autobiographical and most of the people will identify with them (fans and non fans), the melody is catchy, the vocals were great and I bet the production improved and it could work really well live.
-
I was thinking the same yesterday. Rebel Heart is like the new Erotica, it sounds urban but modern urban not like that dated sound Hard Candy had. It also has a 90's vibe and the production sounds very polished and rich in details.
-
Watch out for Caca to say "everybody calls me LG".
I can actually see that happening.
Maybe people can call her L. Ga. (like J. Lo)... and that sounds like Olga, no offense to M's cute dog.
-
Last year wasn't boring, the years before were IMO.
Of course Madonna will make this year one of the most remarkable.
-
So it wasn't her kids after all?
If it's true I hope it teaches other hackers that they can't get away so easily with their crimes.
-
I doubt there will only be 3 singles with so many songs in the album, I know the last time we got 4 was during Confessions era but hopefully that will happen again with Rebel Heart.
-
No worries! I do miss his show and think he and M had a great chemistry together. They seem to be semi-friends now too.
Well, they seem to be kind of close
-
Not happy with S.E.X. (I like it but it's out of context IMO) and Holy Water is boring unless the final production is much better than the demo.
Really happy with Heartbreak City, Inside Out, Wash All Over Me, Messiah and Rebel Heart (obviously it was going to be in the album).
I'm gonna miss Nothing Lasts Forever adn Addicted.
Rebel Heart SPOILERS thread: all leaks will be reported to Guy Oseary

That's why I said Rebel Heart is like the new Erotica, I know it sounds nothing like Erotica yet it is the new urban sophisticated sound like Erotica was in 1992, it has some R&B/Hip Hop influences but mantains its pop roots. I know Hard Candy had an urban sound too but it wasn't as innovative IMO.
