it's all about the emotions baby and another great performance! most songs she's performed are from the "heart" part. I wonder when will the rebel side make an appearance?

3. Rebel Heart
4. Wash All Over Me
5. Ghosttown
I haven't listened to the super deluxe tracks in full only heard the teasers from M Youtube page.

another good interview and great performances.. I think the Ghosttown performance here was very emotional and much better overall compared to the Canal+ and that LFL perf - WOW Madonna from Girlie Show is back!
-
the "yes baby" at the end part is always on repeat for me.. that sexy, raspy voice of hers could really turn any gay man straight
-
so excited about this. cannot wait for her instagram tease.
-
what video did Jonas Akerlund last directed for MADONNA?
I think it's Jump from Confessions.

thanks for posting! what a great interview and very spontaneous. I didn't care that I got late for work because of this interview.

Totally.
This voice. I mean, seriously this is some of the best singing in her career. Any song that follows WAOM could easily and understandably seem sucky. This doesn't, so it earns points based on that alone.
LOVE the Middle Eastern flavor near the end.
Yes!!! Arab music flavor plus M's seductive speaking voice = SEXY
-
Yupp. One of her greatest songs ever. She really is showing her heart on this track. I loved how industrial sounding the demo was, but the album version takes it to the next level!!!! Can't wait to see how this will translate on the tour.
one of the best songs no doubt about it, very edgy and reminds me of Bjork's army of me.
oh and I LOVE YOUR GIF!!!
-
very introspective and the final version is much better than the demo good they took off that annoying rebel heart background thing in the chorus
-
cancelled al my plans tonight. I will just lock myself up in my room listening to the album and preparing myself to be taken away.
-
it's the impish M right here on this track..
whatchu know bout sex??! love it!
-
This is the sexiest song ever! the beats, the eastern music influence and that spoken voice!!! it's everything!!!!! Definitely One of my faves and currently on repeat! can't stop listening to it
-
Can I say I am a half virgin ala Regina George cos so far I only listened to few tracks i.e, S.E.X, Inside Out and Holy Water plus the other 9 relased songs. I've been reading about your posts about the other tracks and so far everyone is digging Best Night and Heartbreak City. anyhoo, I Can't wait til March 10th I swear I will just lock myself in my room and be taken away when I listen to the album in full.

Madonna: “Karen Carpenter had the clearest, purest voice. I’m completely influenced by her harmonic sensibility.”
Unfortunately I don't know where Madonna said this but Rolling Stones quoted M when Karen was listed as one of the greatest singers so it must be true:
Also this is interesting:
"Publicity materials for the album said that Rain was a tribute to Karen Carpenter, possibly because of the way Madonna sings it. Madonna said of the singer: "Karen Carpenter had the clearest, purest voice. I'm completely influenced by her harmonic sensibility."
This is going to sound spooky but Rain just started playing on my iTunes shuffle while I was typing this .
NO KIDDING i was just playing STR and Rain is on while am reading this thread!!!

too many upates and I cant keep up! she really is on fire this era.
The only thing I hate about Ghosttown (is nothing because it's flawless)
