Do tickets go on sale right after the dates are announced?
Yes!
Anywhere from a couple of days to a week after.
There will likely be 2 or 3 pre-sales as well (Madonna Fan Club, Live Nation pre sale, Ticketek presale, then general sale)
I'd sign up to Live Nation and Ticketek if you haven't already.
I might even join Icon for fan club pre sale...

What happened was awful, but she's ready to carry on and so should we...
I don't mean this to sound bad but I'm a bit over her pushing herself with choreography and huge entrances and tricks.
Can she just come out on stage and sing next time, maybe its time for her to relax on stage more?
She doesn't need to prove anything, I'd just like to see Madonna the singer and not so much Madonna the superstar performer.
So glad she wasn't hurt...
