"Indie" isn't a sound.
And Madonna has never been an Indie artist.
An Indie artist is someone who releases albums on an Independent Record Label.
Once these artist become more successful and sign to bigger mainstream Lables they are no longer "Indie".
I laugh at all of these so called "Indie" acts today signed to labels like Warner Bros and Interscope

It's not purely black and white, her coat is purple in the teaser if you look closely

Live Nation are the worst for over priced shows.
I have noticed a lot of these really expensive shows here fail to sell out just for that reason.
Often they end up reducing whats left by up to 50% off just to fill the venues...

Well the LiveNation pre-sale for Fleetwood Mac yesterday has me really worried when Madonna tickets go on sale...
I bought Premium tickets at $300 each as soon as pre sale started and they weren't that great or close to the stage.
In fact it looks like the majority of the whole entertainment centre seats were at the $300 price mark!
Once premium tickets guaranteed you would be on the floor, and close to the stage.
To rub salt in the wounds, out of curiosity I went back to the pre-sale almost 2 hours after it had started and it offered me 4th row seats…
The seat selection is so random, you'd think they would offer the best seats up first, so first in best dressed… but no

Experimental and Indie are not the same thing.
Yes M can be experimental for a mainstream artist.
But she has never been Indie...
When I think of Indie Pop the one artist that comes to mind is Kylie Minogue.
She literally had an "Indie Kylie" phase.
She was signed to a major label then chose to leave and find a small "Independent" label to make 2 "Indie" albums.
Then she want back to Major label Pop Music.
Impossible Princess in a Indie album through and through.
