I hope you are all not just completing pre-orders but downloading like you are buying it today? So it counts because of this new rule...
That new rule only affects an album's position on iTunes, not Billboard, to my knowledge.
Billboard is taking pre-orders into account for its ranking for the first week, I hope. I don't see why they wouldn't.
RH has already peaked at #1 on iTunes. Would love a repeat trip but I don't think it matters much.

No charts are out yet.
Probably Wednesday the first chart positions will be out
Worldwide sales will be out Friday for countries who published a chart this week. Expect a smallish number.
Next week we will have the rest of the world charts and sales.
Next Friday (3/20), Mediatraffic will have a bigger number. That will include the US sales. (MDNA debuted with 740k.)
Saw an article around the time of the Grammys (I think) that RH pre-orders were over 300k worldwide. Sorry no specifics.

i know he is gonna ask her about sex and controversial things but i really want her to talk about songwriting as well. seriously. she's so underrated as a songwriter & musician i just listened to the sia interview and he just asks about her and songwriting and its so inspiring because they really respect you as an artist. a lot of people think she just gets people to work for her and i really want her to talk about working on her albums and tours
There will be so much to talk about within one hour, but I think he'll get into it. He was saying how he was listening to Ghosttown while painting this past weekend and Howard is really, really interested in an artist's process.

This review is one of the most outrageous things I've ever had the displeasure of reading. Not only are there several factual errors but the author is clearly a misogynistic asshole ageist prick. I'm literally shocked that this piece of trash yellow journalism is even in the Washington Post. Appalling.
That douche bag obviously wasn't listening if he thinks for a moment the intent of listing the 'intoxicants' in Devil Pray were written to titillate young people.
Like any of them are new anyway.

Outside of L4L and Devil Pray, I've played the tracks I have sparingly until I can experience the whole album tomorrow.
