Apparently the woman who is bathing Madonna during the whole "baptism" portion of the video is non other than Mama Elsa from he Real Housewives of Miami. At the time Madonna would speak of a spiritual mother she befriended in Miami, where she was living at the time. And how it was she who was in the video with her. Well that woman is Mama Elsa. This relationship has been referenced casually by Elsa, Andy Cohen, and Elsa's daughter numerous times on WWHL.

Interesting topic. I didn't know she planned a remix album. I knew that one of the original names for ROL album was Veronica Electronica.
I guess the remix album would have been even more experimental and darker. Maybe it wouldn't have been just a remix album, maybe it would have been an alternate version of ROL.

I would have loved if this had been on True Blue. Maybe in place of White Heat which I've never liked and always found dragged the album down a bit as it's not as 'poppy' as the other tracks. There's no question that she could have done it justice and would almost certainly have been another top 5 hit for her.
I like White Heat, I think it could have been another big hit from True Blue.

large swathes of Confessions are either boring or general misfires, but the pacing and setlist make it so impressive as a complete show. When it needs to be exciting, it is, when a hit is required, it's there and when it should be quiet, an intense ballad appears. The opening sequence is thrilling, and the final five tracks whip everything up into a perfect frenzy.
Of course, it helps that Stuarts arrangements are all fantastic and she looks flawless.
The reinvention of old songs was brilliant. It was like she has made new songs exclusively for the tour.
She should work with Price again on the next tour.

NO. If you like every song it doesn't make the album good or flawless.
I like MDNA songs (about half of the album) more than Music, AL, HC, LAV, ROL, but it has flaws. Generic songs! Bad lyrics!
Anyway, it is a good thing if you enjoy the entire album.

Okay that's what I thought you would say. So I'm guessing you have a problem not w/ the revealing, flashy clothes but the fact that she's wearing them AT HER AGE.
I am not an ageist. I have nothing against if Madonna is showing her body. I liked it when she was showing her body in Hollywood video or during the MDNA Tour.
I just think the outfit she wore at the Billboard Awards was bad. It was like she is wearing two outfits at the sme time. The upper part doesn't fit the lower part.

GGW is generic, just like GMAYL and TUTR, so I thought they will be popular on the charts, except TUTR which doesn't have hit status at all.
There have already been similar generic dance songs like GGW, I think Madonna should have released something different.
