Best tour ever.

speaking of tutr unseen video
https://www.facebook.com/MadonnaMia.net/videos/10153421281808305/
That was better than the video. I loved it, actually!!
-
I always feel uncomfortable in those scenes where she's walking and interacting. Cringe galore
But when she's on the car! OH MY!
Yeah. Definitely not a favorite video of mine. I've only watched it all the way through once.
-
Nearly 4 years later and I still mourn the single choices from this album, although I do love this one.
-
Pissed but not surprised. Add Rebel Heart to the list of masterpiece Madonna albums (LAP!) that were inexplicably snubbed by these idiots.
-
This is so amazing Chelle! I just can't get over it. I am beaming with happiness for you. It couldn't have happened to a better person, truly.
-
And also: "Living My Life." It's unreal to me how many huge errors and typos fail to get caught by major publications. Do these places have such abysmal budgets that they can't afford copy editors?
Living My Life!!!
-
Nice that she's on there but 45?! Come on. I wholeheartedly believe it should be #1. That being said, I've probably only heard a handful of these albums but still.
-
The beginning of the greatest era ever. I was blown away by this song from the first listen. It came along at just the right time for me.
-
I wish I could go back and hear these demos again for the first time and be totally overcome with amazement and emotion.
-
The Celebration DVD was a wasted opportunity, why didn't they remaster all the videos? Why didn't they include the uncensored versions Erotica and JML? And where's the Director's Cut of "American Life"?
Not to mention all the videos left off of it!

As sad as it sounds the world will finally catch up when she is dead.
Couldn't be more grateful that I got to grow up with her (and hopefully grow older and older with her) and experience the brilliance of this woman first hand, and appreciate her for all that she does and continues to do as an artist and as a human being, and wont only get to appreciate her through a "history book" so to speak.
I can say I was AT the party the whole time while most will sadly show up when the party is over.
Brilliant post

I was baffled by the inclusion of Miles Away, though I guess at the time it made sense because Hard Candy was the latest album and that was the most recent single, but I highly doubt it would have been included if this compilation were released today.
-
It makes me so happy to see this.
-
Of course
ROLRebel Heart is her best album.I agree!!!
-
I tried to mash both versions:

Excellent!!!
-
With this song, Rebel Heart, and Beautiful Scars, I would rather them have been on the album in demo form and feel slightly out of place than to have them reworked to fit the theme and lose a lot (or, in Beautiful Scars' case, ALL) of their magic. And by the way, the final version of Beautiful Scars fits the theme of the album even less than the demo, IMO. That one just boggles my mind. What a gorgeous song that was.

I love the opening trap beat and the orchestral strings throughout the album mix. The chorus after the bridge is sooooo powerful. The only thing missing in the album mix is the acoustic guitar. I wish there was a mashup of the two.
Yes! Sort of reminds me of the powerful ending of Nobody's Perfect.
-
Agreed!!! It's my album version. Love the beginning, love the sound effects during the chorus, love the bridge. Everything about it is perfect.
-
Unimaginable beauty. Seriously. A perfect human being.
-
Yeah, i think it's gotta be "on your knees"
-
WOW!! What a concert this would have been to attend!! Imagine, as an ordinary fan, being up front surrounded by all those celebrities. Not that celebrities are any better than anyone else (except Madonna ), but still...
-
Live versions of her songs are so much more intense. I love Future Lovers/I Feel Love. That always gets me going.
-
Completely agree!! It doesn't matter what decade was your favorite, every one since the 1980's is full of brilliant music from beginning to end. She blows my mind.
12/20/14: Rebel Heart was available for pre-order with 6 downloadable tracks

hahaha same EXACT thing happened to me. I first learned about it on his instagram. My heart stopped when I saw the cover.
