  1. 20150409-pictures-madonna-cosmopolitan-e

I don't like this photo at all, it's a terrible pose and the hair and look is like I said before JML 2012 MDNA tour. I am also bored of seeing her in black underwear, it's been done to death over the last few years with the last tour and other photo shoots. I want to see her vibrant and in colour, having fun. Also we need a ban on fedora hats so fed up of seeing them crop up again and again zzzzz

  2. 7 - love her kissing the photo of her real mother, crying at the pay phone and the dancing. I think the video could have done without her singing towards the camera. She looks stunning but it all looks a little too much like a set to me. Definitely reminded me a bit of Power of Good-Bye when she's slow-mo walking down the street. I would have preferred a slight controversial element to it, like it being two women or a slight darker edge. Overall I do really like it, after a few more watches the rating might increase 😀

  3. The Tina Fey Hates Madonna idea is absolutely ridiculous. Those examples are so tame it's laughable. Jennifer Saunders has taken the piss out of Madonna much better for 25 years through Ab Fab and the French & Saunders sketch shows all of which have been hilarious. Some people need to get a sense of humour...

  4. I love Tina Fey. I'm a huge 30 Rock fan and love her work with Amy Poehler (who I adore also - Parks and Recreation was brilliant). I really don't think that a parody of Dr Brandt would have caused him to commit suicide, it's too early to know anyway, it could all be tabloid nonsense. You cannot blame a TV comedy on someone dying, that's absurd. If that was the case all of the SNL cast would be on trial.

Brandt obviously had a mental illness that caused him to take his own life. Only he will ever know why he did it. There's been no mention of a suicide note as yet. I personally found him to be quite a scary character from photos and videos I've seen of him, he obviously had issues with aging and his looks, maybe he couldn't handle getting old, but who knows? It's a shame as he seemed to be a really nice guy from what others have been saying about him.

  5. Oh no, that's not insulting at all. You have no business stating what you "think," based on an amateur conclusion of bits and pieces off the internet as FACT. You know I couldn't even understand it if people hated her but least it would make a little sense as to where this attitude is coming from.

I would L O V E to see one of you express your opinion on the matter directly towards her. Would love it.

Please don't project you're "issues" on to me. I have an opinion and that should be respected. I don't have to justify it to you. Good God Get a Grip!

  6. I didn't mean to insult M as she has written some amazing songs. My point is that for her to take credit as the first and main songwriter on the songs that are essentially created prior to her involvement and she changes a few lyrics and takes main credit (I'm not talking about Gang Bang as that was changed immensely). Go listen to the demos i.e. Heartbeat, Girl Gone Wild and Some Girls, that's the examples I'm talking about. That for me is not okay and nor is it with any artist. Her name should be further down the line of songwriters on those songs.

  7. According to Patrick Moxey of Ultra Records (Benassi's label), "Girl Gone Wild" was written and composed by Jenson Vaughan in early 2011, based on a pre-existing instrumental track produced by the Benassi Bros.

It was then given to Madonna, who added the Act of Contrition intro and changed some of the lyrics.

I think realistically M should be added to the credits of these songs at the end, not at the beginning. She is not the main songwriter. I do however think she may have a clause in her contract to ensure she is always the first name on any writing credits no matter what her input is. She's even managed to rewrite history with the Celebration album; Justify My Love - written by Madonna Ciccone, Lenny Kravitz and Ingrid Chavez??? This credit was also used on the MDNA World Tour live CD and DVD. She originally only added additional lyrics. Seems quite weird that she has been upset about the leaks and her work being stolen but she is ok basically taking someone else's art and making minor amendments then taking main credit for it (Girl Gone Wild, Turn Up the Radio, Revolver, Heartbeat, Masterpiece etc). That's simply just wrong and it's stealing. That goes for all the artists who do it. It's awful.
  8. And since we won't be getting another album for a number of years (let's face it, she's doing a movie next) I'd like a special remix album with remixes, tour studio versions, unreleased songs and a DVD featuring all the videos and some live promo performances.

The next time we will get anything will probably be after the current deal with Interscope is over. I think as we've had TIC, GHV2 and Celebration, we might get a Singles Collection next time, hopefully a 3CD definitive collection in chronological order. We can only dream... Oh and a live Bluray box set too

  9. I love the photography, love the handwritten typography and loathe loathe loathe the stupid type on the back over and spine. It's the laziest shit since Bedtime Stories' back cover. Its an embarrasement to Graphic Design. I mean wtf is the underscore _ all about??? Also having two song titles on one line, then random ones on their own? It's like design from 15 years ago, so dated and completely stupid for this release! Don't get me started on the spine!!! REBEL HEART_MADONNA??? I mean really. Giovanni be gone with you! (Or whoever the fuck designed it as we have no credits!)

  10. Personally I like that the songs on Rebel Heart have been mixed up. When Beyonce released Sasha Fierce, I found the album dull because one of the discs was just ballads, when she released the platinum edition and mixed up the track list, the album was so much more enjoyable. I think this would be the case with Rebel Heart.

Although I'm always up for a re-release with additional tracks, Never Let Me Go please! Can't see this happening though.

You never know she might release a tour edition for Australasia like she did with "Erotica" in 1993. Granted it was the same album in a gold disc and digipak but she might make the effort again. Maybe a 2CD version with:

    01) Beaufiful Scars

    02) Queen

    03) Borrowed Time

    04) Graffiti Heart

    05) Autotune Baby

    06) Addicted

    07) Tragic Girl

    08) Two Steps Behind Me

    09) Nothing Lasts Forever

    10) Never Let You Go

    11) God is Love

    12) Trust No Bitch

    13) Back That Up (Do It)

    14) Freedom

    15) Revolution

    16) Alone With You

    17) Joan of Arc (Acoustic)

    18) Iconic (Part 2)

Take A Day, Take It Back, Score and Heaven are not good enough to be included in my opinion but why not? Hey you can dream!!!

  11. I've got a question about "Iconic" (Part 2) and "Joan of Arc" (Acoustic), where are they? I'm surprised they haven't been included on any release. I've got them but others are missing out on these gems! She needs to include them on the next single, after all she is promoting the latter as an acoustic song on the Ellen Show this week.

For me I have replaced the acoustic version on my album playlist as it's far better than the album version :)

  12. I received my Super Deluxe today from WOW HD too without the parental advisory logo. On the back it says it's the South East Asian edition so perhaps they just don't use parental advisory logos there? In terms of the quality of the packaging and CD it looks fine so I think it's perfectly legit.

It's definitely not a bootleg, it looks brilliant and you're probably right about its edition for that region. It's a rarity!
