I do not trust him either. I do not think there is any truth in the Gaga article apart from the obvious that she dislikes Madonna. If it wasn't for the new picture, I would not pay attention to him.

I voted for Avicii only because I am really curious how Rebel Heart will sound (if there is indeed a song with this title), but I am positive that I will like the material produced by Diplo better.

Although I do love American Life, I have to vote for American Pie. To me it became such a personal song, everytime I listen to it it reminds me of a period in my life. I'm also really fond of the original version, I appreciate the melancholic side of the song and the lyrics are pure perfection in my opinion. I wish Madonna recorded more of the verses.

I was just thinking about them working together yesterday. I would LOVE that so I hope it's true. His songs for Britney's album didn't make the cut because of the change in musical direction (thanks to Will.I.Am). I really enjoy his songs, especially the most well-known La La La. It was a huge hit in Europe last summer and as far as I know it's currently in the top 20 of the Billboard HOT 100.

Rumors on Twitter than she's in the studio with Pharrell but I don't believe it
Those rumors are definitely based on the interview in which Pharrell mentioned his fight with Madonna in 2007. I guess some thought it happened in the past weeks.

^ No. Then she'd be Gaga. Overhyping the album that by the time it drops it feels like it's been being hyped for forever. She's already doing/saying too much IMO.
I agree with you that I don't want a Gaga-like overhype, also 2 months of #rebelheart feels like an eternity now. That is why I'm rooting for a summer single and in that case a preview this month would do no harm in my opinion.

God, I wish she would upload a teaser on Instagram. I'm starting to get impatient. I really hope this month we get some dates. I'm pretty sure her dancers heard the new material last night.

Wiz Kalifa recently said that he would like to work with Madonna.
I find it interesting and I could live with that, but I'd still prefer an album without any feature artists.

The World Cup would be a right place to give the new single exposure, although I don't see her doing it and even if she performs, it means the single should be about a topic that can be linked to the World Cup, and at this point I don't really want to hear another song about celebration, being champion or l-u-v, but I can see Rebel Heart fitting this theme. I'd rather see her perform at award shows. Billboard Music Awards could be great, since she was there last year and won 3 awards, but it might be too early.

I agree, but at the same time I'm worried about the production and her vocals too (not the lyrics, I think this time she will get that right). However, I do believe that she is only halfway through the process and only some songs are finished.

If she is choosing to go with a mythology theme, the best option would be the Norse one. As far as I know it is still untouched by female pop stars. This way she could avoid the inevitable comparisons, but I'm sure she is well aware that Greek mythology was overdone in the past couple of years, so I trust her on that one.

I don't know if it's been mentioned before or not, but Mert & Marcus is in LA with Giovanni Bianco, Nicole Winhoffer and Kevin Tekinel. Since the whole gang is together, I would not be surprised if a photoshoot has been or will be done in the upcoming days.

Judging by her latest IG post Rebel Heart, Holy Water and Iconic are indeed song titles. These 3 are either her favorite or simply those, which will make the cut out of the bunch of demos.

Some people just need to chill and ignore Gaga, because this amount of hate and anger is unhealthy. It will be enough revenge if M's new album will be much more successful than Artpop.
Anyway, back to topic, I really hope that the new album will be titled Veni Vidi Vici instead of Rebel Heart. It's much more powerful and if the material of the album, not only the music but the photoshoot as well, will be topnotch, she will indeed conquer in my eyes.
