  1. ^^For which venue is that?

In case anyone cares about my plight :banghead: ; I'm still in the dark about my own seats (for my venue: Phila). I'm in the section right in front of the heart, but because my seat chart looks like it was drawn with crayons I cannot tell exactly how my seats sit in relation to the stage. I e-mailed LiveNation and tried calling the venue, but still nothing. I've resorted to counting the tickets on StubHub to see just how many seats there are per row for my show (so that I could deduce my own layout) and it's clear that there are an extra 6 seats per row (in front of the heart) for my specific show versus all the other venues - and it is oddly shaped.

  2. Is it "disrespectful" for the act to show up late for a rock concert, or is it simply a rock concert where an element of unpredictability is expected. A rock star showing up late is precisely what's fun and magical about going to a live event - it makes me, for one, feel human and alive. Casual fans who treat this like a dehumanized Disney product that they pay for are of course going to feel "disrespected." Guess what, dear Mr. Casual Fan, she didn't stop making music in 1989, she's not here to cater to your ignorance.

  3. My opinion is: I adore the album version of WOAM. I appreciate the subtle aspects of the production, which I believe add something positive to the song. However, I also enjoyed the demo version - but, now, I cannot help but think that a big factor in my liking the demo version is the fact that it is "high energy" and danceable; which is something that the album, in general lacks - not that it's a bad thing. You know, every time a new Madonna album drops, I wait for the danceable fun songs (it is Madonna, after all); but, this definitely does not take away from the album version of WAOM which is right up my alley taste-wise, too. At the end of the day, I'm OK with less "danceable" album version of WOAM because it goes to a different artistic place.

  4. I can't wait for any details about the stage. It's all I'm thinking about; It's driving me crazy - and, I know that we won't really know anything until a week before the first show. Ugh, pain.

  5. I do think it's strange that Ticketmaster US allows resellers to be so blatant about advertising their exorbitant prices alongside so-called regular pricing.

    ...............

I agree. It just fans the flames of the never-ending suspicions that the ticket originators are in fact reselling their own tickets - and not real scalpers. It's almost as if they are not hiding it anymore. However, even without that theory, there are court rulings that disallow such market-place confusion which may cause a consumer to purchase the wrong product accidentally. I guess, one of us has to accidentally purchase a "resale ticket" on the Ticketmaster website thinking that it is an "original" and file a lawsuit claiming that we were tricked into paying more.

  6. Even if it's fake, it does look like a very good approximation. I wonder if the video screens are as big as on the MDNA stage.

Ugh, I'm gonna be by the heart, I'm not gonna see anything!
