  1. I hope she does not skip any songs from the set list b/c of the very late start. I don't think that would be fair for so many of the fans who have been waiting in the hellish heat.

I think 23:20 is an extremely late time to start, but I know the show is going to be awesome for the people anyway.

  2. Burning up is pure awesome eighties & you'll see is a stunning video from a time when madonna was still releasing more mature music & not trying so hard to appeal to younger audiences. All the videos listed are basically very good, but I could see why some people might not like Give it 2 me.

  3. The live holiday performance looked awesome & the crowd loved it as usual. It was also great not to hear her preaching to the audience a/b political & social issues after open your heart. One of the very few complaints I had a/b the tour was the preaching that she did. I liked it better when there was less preaching during her past tours & instead she just allowed the stories that she was telling through her performance to be interpreted in any way by the viewer.

I still very much appreciate all she has done for charity & lgbt rights, but I did not want to hear her long rant a/b hurricane sandy during the new york show. The hurricane was a negative experience for me & the many people attending the show. I think she really means well & most likely her heart is in the right place, but she would have stayed away from the preaching during her past tours. When I saw her sing imagine during reinvention, I thought that was a little too preachy as well, but it was more tolerable.

Anyway, this great tour is coming to an end soon & I'm glad fans are posting awesome photos & videos from the south american leg of the tour. It's really special seeing madonna perform to such appreciative & enthusiastic large crowds.

  4. I'm looking forward to any remix of the song & hopefully at least one live performance in brazil. I listened to this song a lot since I first heard it, but oh my god I know the lyrics are pretty childish. I don't know why there was not much better writing for this song. Madonna & her cowriters have written brilliant pop tracks before.

  5. The crowd looks really enthusiastic & I wish I could have been there too! I love the photos!!

I'm not too surprised a/b all the HC songs on the mdna tour b/c it was her last studio album & sticky & sweet cd/dvd was her last release before mdna. I think she wants to promote her most recent work & she wants the listening public to appreciate all her music & not just for her most popular singles & albums (maybe I'm wrong??).

I come to accept & really appreciate HC a very long time ago, but I don't know if madonna cares or gets that it's not one of her most adored & loved albums from her hardcore fans.

  6. I don't know if that info is true, but I'm really curious to know what other songs were discarded for the current set list. I have to admit that I was really surprised when I first heard what songs she was actually going to perform during this tour.

I was happy, but like everyone said the mainstream & casual fans really complained a/b the lack of old hits & unfamiliar songs.

  7. I agree with others that it would help her financially to tour other parts of the world (australia & far east), but she must be so damn exhausted & burnt out by now. I think that after December she will take some time off.

I much rather have her asap make new music start a new era, but I guess that most likely won't happen.

  8. The last two times I saw her last week she went on at aprox 1045 PM & I thought that was super late even though I knew that she would never come on earlier than 10:30. In some ways, I felt bad for the casual fans around me on those nights b/c they did not know she was starting so late. I heard people saying they needed to go home to their children & someone else had to get up early for work.

The 11:30 PM start time in miami would test anyone's patience, but I wish I was still there to see the tour before it is done forever. I just don't like she unintentionally pisses off so many people with the late time before they got to see such a great live performance.

  9. I finally saw what fans on this site have been saying a/b fans at her concerts complaining or walking out while she is singing. During the second night at msg, I had these two women next to me complaining a/b the late start time & one was offended a/b one of madonna's statements.

I'm curious to see how many people madonna attracts to see her next tour whenever that would be. Seeing mdna another two times this week made me appreciate this tour more, but it's somewhat disappointing that concert attendees & some stupid critics have been slamming her live performance.

  10. Thanks for posting videos & photos from msg. I went to both nyc shows too & they were fully fun. I saw a total of four mdna shows & they were all really good.

I will miss experiencing her live, but I hope she comes back soon & does not take such a long break. No more four years for a new album & new tour!

  11. It looks like some people who are attending the midwest concerts continue to slam her online. I never saw so many people writing that her recent shows suck & they will not see her again. She obviously does not give a shit & loves to get certain people pissed off!

  12. Good photos & video! Pittsburgh looked like a great show & madonna was obviously extremely happy a/b the obama victory. I saw an interesting youtube video from last night of people booing when she was talking about obama again, but that was to be expected from some cities. I'm sure people must have walked out & were extremely pissed, but that is their problem.

NY is less than a week away!!
